Ayeshas's POV

"Bachelor in earth sciences, Haadiya Dhanial." She walked onto the stage in her navy blue dress her coat flowing behind her and her cap sitting on her head ontop of her crown, her hijab.

Her heels click clocked as she walked onto the stage, the headpiece shimmering like the night sky.

I clapped with a huge smile on my face. She did it. She graduated. And nothing makes me more proud of my little sister.

Haadiyas dress (full sleeve)

After the graduation ceremony when Haadiya walked back to us we gave her so much hugs and kisses and photos were taken by the photographer.

I could see the happiness in Haadiyas eyes. Before going home we stopped at an ice-cream parlour and grabbed some ice-cream. At home we got a call from ammi and everyone congratulated Haadiya.

"Im so happy!" She emphasized on the so.

"And we're so happy for you too. Now tell me what do you want to eat, I will make anything you want today."

After a few minutes of thinking burgers were decided for dinner.

While Haadiya went inside to freshen up Kaab helped me make the burgers.

"I have to say, you're a pretty good cook Kaab." I looked at him and he smiled brightly.

"I know." He praised himself and patted his shoulder. I rolled my eyes, the confidence this boy has. Dinner was delicious, and Haadiya looked really happy which made all of us happy.

We spent the night watching movies, laughing, eating and simply having a good time in one another's presence.

As the night got deeper laughter slowly started fading as one by one we entered out dream worlds.

Kaabs POV

I thought back to what Ayesha had told me a few days ago.

He was strictly against suicide and self harm.

I didn't know Abbu Jaan that well, he passed away even before the proposal. All I know that he was a very sweet and kind man with a funny personality. Did he have any grudges against anyone? I don't think so, then who would hurt him. There is no way I can think of that he would be murdered. He had a clean background. How? Maybe he-

I felt soft fingers rub my forehead, I closed my eyes and enjoyed the feeling.

"So many lines on your forehead? What's wrong?" I heard the most beautiful silky voice lace around my ears.

I opened my eyes and saw Ayesha sitting on the stool next to my chair. I smiled at her.

"Nothing love, just work load." I sighed.

"Ya Allah I am so thankful to you for blessing me with this wondrous gift." She looked down and played with her fingers. I don't know why but I just felt the need to tell her over and over again, through out the day, when I am with her and when she is far, I just hope she knows how much I appreciate her.

"I love you so so much."

"I love you so so so much too." She giggled at her own response. There were a few moments of silence. Just our heartbeats making music.

"You excited for the honeymoon." Her eyes instantly lit up. Tomorrow at 11pm we going to depart from Sydney.

"Yes, oh I can't wait to go to Paris, I can't believe I will see the eiffel tower in real life. I'm super excited, I can't until tomorrow." You could see the excitement in her eyes and the gestures of her hands.

"Before we go to Paris and Hawaii we are going to stop at Bahrain." I said.

"Why?" She asked.

I took a deep breath and explained to her, "When our parents passed away we were sent to a lady for a year or so because we were financially unstable. She took really good care of us, more than any mother ever could. We owe her a lot. Even after we managed to stand on our own feet we visited her often, but last year she moved to Bahrain with her daughter, I thought it would be nice to pay her a visit."

"That's so sweet of her, I'm really excited to meet this kind lady."

"Have done all your packing."

"Yep, already to go. Oh and I also did your packing too." She knew me too well.

"You knew I was going to make you do it eventually." I laughed at her serious expression.

"Yes I did."

Here we go again.

"Ayesha." I shook her a little bit.

"Ayesha, Ayesha wake up." This girl is impossible. The same thing everyday, she sleeps like a log.

I got out of bed and went around to her side. I stood there and examined her face for a while. She hugged the blanket to her chest, her hair all over her face, her cherry lips slightly apart a little pouted.

I kneeled down. I brought my lips closer to her ears.

"AYESHA!" She jerked and slowly sat up.

Fits if laughter erupted from me and fell back as she looked around.

"You, Kaab what the hell." She jumped off the bed and started punching my chest.

"Yaar, don't do that." She rubbed her eyes and was about to walk off to the bathroom when I held her wrist.

"Achha, I'm sorry." I stood up and wiped my eyes. I chuckled and coughed trying to rid of the remaining laughter. She looked at me with accusing eyes.

I hugged her and she just stood there.

"I said I'm sorry nah."

"Mm hmm." She walked away and I couldn't help the laughing again. She acts like a drunk when she's not fully awake.

I turned off the tap and grabbed a towel to wipe my face and arms. I rolled my sleeves back down and opened the bathroom door. I had just stepped out when a huge splash of water was thrown on me , drenching my every inch.

I looked up, the water from my hair dripping down on to my face, and saw Ayesha with a jug in her hand giving me a cheeky grin.

"AYESHA!" I growled. I slowly walked upto her. With a raised eyebrow I slipped my arms around her waist and she shreiked.

"Ok Kaab, I'm sorry please don't." She pleaded like a child.

I slid a hand onto her back and brought her even closer.

"Kaab..." she warned.

I kissed her forehead, cheeks, and brought my lips closer to her ears. She shivered and let out a shivering breath.

Grinning, I placed small kisses on the side of her neck and whispered in her ear,

"Now we're even." I took a step back and stared at her, she stood shaking, water drops on her face and her shirt damp. A job well done.
