Kara's POV
I was beginning to feel scared and I felt sick all over the sudden I could tell what's going to be told next was the fear I always carried with me.. I was going to learn the truth ...i was going to listen to what happened back then... I felt my knees going week... I looked up to him, he had not glanced at me even once.. He just stared at the window.... I had began sobbing but it was not loud enough but the sniffles I guess could be heard by him.

Dad closed his eyes for a moment took a deep breathe and continued, " I wanted more for our company,  I wanted it to grow being the prestigious company that no one could bit, I was becoming greedy and I failed to even notice that, but she did and she talked me out of it and my ways but I was so stubborn because I never saw that flaw she was accusing me of,  it began as little arguments and it kept on growing, it was stressing her out she never wanted this side of me and on top of that she never wanted to fight with me every single day that passed, she decided that she was not going to fight me anymore she was going to love me and she was going to fight for the love she had for me and our family so things cooled off and everything was back to normal that is what I thought then one day this huge deal came in and all I had to do was convince them to invest in our company if they would say yes then we were going to be loaded we were going to be the billion dollar family,my mind was going sane, I could not stop imagining of what and how we as a family were going to spend it once we have it. I had so many greedy thoughts that even when the condition was placed before me in order for that company to agree into investing in our company I gladly agreed not thinking twice,  the shameless me went and begged for my wife to agree and with the most painful eyes she looked at me I had never seen her that hurt before but I was still blinded by my greed,tears rolled down her cheeks and she nodded agreeing to sleeping with that old manager of that company. I .....I...... I... So... ld my... wi...fe to that devil and.. the worst part is that he did not only sleep with her., he... raped... ra...ped....her!"

I almost fell , my heart was aching so much that... that I felt as if someone was ripping it off... no! no! no! no! this was not my father, this was not the man I looked up to back in the days and ever so proudly say to everyone 'I GOT THE  WORLD'S BEST PAPA'

I failed even to look at him again, I wanted to run, leave this room but I was always this person who always wants to reach the bottom of things and this habit it both led me to the good and bad things but right now this was going to lead me in a far worse condition,... I got the courage to say, "I want.. you to finish up the story Jack! " I found myself calling him by his name the word father or dad suddenly became so unfamiliar to me and painful to even recall it in my mind...

He continued, "That was when my world came crushing to me... when she returned she looked at me so disgusted and regretted ever having me as a husband all she wanted was the guy she fell in love with back in highschool not this monster... And she said one sentence that broke me and I knew I deserved that punishment she said, "You Jack David Reweta have forever lost me and thank you for giving me my princess I will protect her at all costs, since you failed! Right there I knew what I had created, I was a wreck the girl who gave me dreams,family and happiness was gone.. she gave me the wealth I wanted and prayed for in my early years. I did have the wealth but I was consumed with my personal desires.. I broke her.. I... I... destroyed her since then she began sleeping in your room.

Kara thought (I remembered that time) 

Her dad kept on going, She was now protecting you from me,fearing that I might sell you off too to rapist.. She became scared of me.... I had sleepless nights, it was too hard for me and I began drinking,
I rarely went to the office then one day she knocked at my door and once I opened it she handed me the two rings and she said,  "I want a divorce, and am taking Kara with me." I tried to touch her she moved back so fast as if I was a pest or some bacteria and indeed I was. She turned and left......

The next day she had informed that she has already contacted her lawyer and my heart kept breaking.. I did get the investment but I lost my family... I did not know how to tell my dad, I wanted to quit the company.. then two days later your cousins came and my dad. They went to play in your room. Dad left urgently saying he will be back soon. Our master bedroom was opposite to the study room I found myself staring at one of the windows that looked directly at the study room, since the study room was sound proofed, I only saw your mother looking at you in fear and lots love but she raising her hands up I could not understand then it happened before my eyes I saw a bullet going to your mother's body, I ran as fast as my legs could take me and there she was laying drenched in blood and I looked at the source, I saw what scared me the most.. It was you holding the gun! "
