The Triple Date Disaster

Chapter 24: Cave of Memories

Aaron's eyes began to blink open.  "Aaron?  Hello?  Aaron!" Travis said to him as he waved his hands in front of Aaron's face.

Aaron began to get up but his head felt so foggy.  He eventually was able to sit up and he placed his hands on his head and rubbed his eyes.  He looked around to see his friends sitting about 10 feet away preparing a camp; with the exception of Travis who was with him.

"What happened?" Aaron asked, still feeling light headed.

"No clue," Travis answered, "I have no clue about werewolf biology so I have no idea what made you pass out.  I think it was something in the air but Zane said it was a broken heart."  Travis rolled his eyes before continuing, "Anyway we tried to get Lucinda out but she kept shooing us away saying 'we had the key'.  I don't know... maybe she does belong in there, she has gone crazy."

"I don't think so Travis, she gave us the way to get rid of the forever potions.  We need to make them remember!"

"How?  Aphmau stared you right in the eye and couldn't even recognize you!"

"That's gonna change."

Travis helped Aaron up and they walked over to where the others were sitting.  Once they sat down next to their friends Kawaii~Chan and Katelyn each gave Aaron a hug, and gave him some of the food they were cooking at their make-shift fire.  

"Ok, so here's what we're going to do."  Aaron started, "We need to make all the people under the forever potions remember who they truly are.  We need to make them want to give the potions up... ideas?"

Travis got up and looked at the group, "First we need to figure out who all has a forever potion on them!  Everyone was at the apartment that night but we've only seen a certain few people."

Zane interrupted, "Maybe if we get rid of the current forever potions, they'll be able to tell us."

"I wish Lucinda was able to give us more information" Travis said, running his hands through his hair.  "But first lets refuel.  Taco juice anyone?"

The whole group stared at him in disbelief.  "How do you have taco juice here Travis?" Zane asked.  Travis replied with, "Zane, I can get taco juice any place, any circumstance.  It's best not to question it."  

Zane shrugged as Travis poured everyone a small glass of taco juice.  To everyone's surprise, it was quite refreshing and actually felt like more of a meal than what the girls came up with at the fire.  Of course in their defense their wasn't much food around.  Even though they could of gone to one of the many restaurants Starlight had, all their money was gone.  

Once they finished they decided they needed to find a way to charge their phones.  They were able to find a store clerk who was kind enough to let them charge them in the back of the store.  As they waited for the energy to fill their phones's batteries, they talked about how they were going to cure the girls.

They looked over at Katelyn and saw the green in her eyes begin to blink again.  Except this time the blue in her eyes stayed for longer periods of time as they blinked.  They then decided that Katelyn should be the one to focus on at the moment.  

As they talked about the best way to cure Katelyn, Katelyn walked up to talk to them.

"Katelyn, we kind of need to talk privately.  Could you please wait with Kawaii~Chan?" Travis asked.  Katelyn answered, "Sure Travie-bear.  But someone's here to see you three.  She said something about your relationships depending on it?  I don't know she being really weird... but she needs to talk to you guys..."

"Let me guess, she has red hair" Aaron presumed.

"Yes!" Katelyn agreed, "She said her name is Ash"
