Peridot's POV

I woke up the next morning under the blankets in Lapis' arms. I got up slowly as to not wake Lapis. As I slipped out of the blanket and into the cold room. I quickly slipped on some clothes and out of my pajamas, and pulled my favorite alien hoodie over my shirt. I then went into the small bathroom and did my business. I then brushed my hair and used my hair gel to put it into my usual triangle-like do.

After my hair I stepped back out into the main room. I grabbed my phone and sat down at the small table and browsed tumblr, waiting for Lazuli to wake up.

After about 15 minuets I heard a knock on the door. I ignored it but it kept getting louder and I didn't want them to wake up the bluenette, so I went over to the door to see what all the commotion was about. I opened up the door and, surprise surprise, saw the one and only Mr. Lazuli in front of me, starring me down. Of course he found us.

"How did yo-" I started to say but he cut me off.

"Three words, Ms. Green," he spat as he pushed me aside and entered the room. "Find. My. iPhone,"

I just stood there, shocked. I woke from my trance, though, when I saw him walking over to my girlfriend, still sleeping soundly on the bed. I quickly jumped in front of him to block his path, but he pushed me again, but this time fell down from his brute force and knocked into the bedside table, waking Lazuli.

"Dad?!" She almost shrieked as she quickly scrambled out of the bed. Mr. Lazuli pounced for her as she darted away, and managed to grab her ankle as she ran, dragging her across the bed towards him.

I tried to get up to help her but pain shot up through my leg.

Shoot! I must have sprained it from that fall. I thought.

Lapis was screaming but he ignored her as he managed to pull her close enough to scoop her up and carry her out of the room while she screamed and kicked, but he was too strong. He closed the door behind him
