Elise Rodman pursed her lips looking at Liliana, she knew that the brunette was suffering from writer's block but she had promised a trilogy of books to her publishers and had only completed the first.

They had a deadline to meet and Liliana needed to get started, they were expecting the second book in a few months' time for a summer release and there was no sign of one that they could even release yet.

"I am working on it Elise... it's just taking some time with the story line," Liliana replied with a shake of her head, she knew that she was failing right now and she wished that there was something that she could do to just inspire herself.

Elise pursed her lips, she wasn't hoping for this and she had wanted better news that they were slowly heading towards another book release soon.

Liliana sipped on her apple juice while Elise looked at her oddly there was something different about her and the older woman didn't know what it was; it had been this way since she had returned from Portugal.

"There's something different about you," Elise murmured making Liliana stop what she was doing and look at her agent, she knew that she would have to tell her sooner or later.

The last thing that she had expected was for anything to work out like this, Liliana was happy that she had managed to keep things so quiet about what was going on.

Liliana set down her glass and took a deep breath making Elise look at her worried, the brunette had never looked so serious before; she doubted that things would be the same after this announcement that she was preparing to make.

"I'm pregnant," Liliana said softly so that no one else could hear what she had said, she was still a little wary about telling people about her pregnancy but she was fourteen weeks now.

The couple had started to talk more about telling people that they were not only engaged but they were expecting their first child together in the New Year.

Elise stared at her shocked, she didn't even know that Liliana had a boyfriend and now she was hearing that the brunette was pregnant with her first child; she wasn't expecting this to be the reason that things had changed.

"Are you serious?" Elise asked her making Liliana nod, she was relieved that she had told her agent and she hoped that this wasn't going to cause her any grief.

There was so much going on right now and Liliana was determined to keep her promise about having a new book released next year; she just had to focus a bit more and stop worrying about everything.

"How did this happen?" Elise exclaimed trying to wrap her head around this, she had known that something big was going on but she hadn't thought that her client was going to have a baby.

As far as Elise knew, Liliana hadn't been seeing anyone and to have a baby was such a big step if this had been an accident; she wasn't sure how the other woman would want this handled.

"Well, when a man and woman love each other very much..." Liliana teased amused as her agent glared at her, she was surprised that Elise was so surprised about this but she guessed that she should have seen this coming.

Only Jorge had known that anything was going on between her and Cristiano, many people would be upset and hurt that they had been kept in the dark about this.

"I know where baby's come from... I meant, how are you pregnant?" Elise snapped rubbing her temples, she couldn't believe this and she had a feeling that Liliana's little secret was going to attract big attention from the media.

Cristiano sighed relieved as he stepped back into his house, training had been tough and he couldn't wait to just curl up with Liliana; it had been a long day and he liked coming home now that she lived with him.

Opening the fridge, Cristiano frowned wondering what he should do for dinner; he liked cooking and he wanted to make sure that Liliana had the right sort of food while she was pregnant.

"Don't think too hard," Liliana teased making the footballer jump as she walked into the kitchen, she flashed him a smile as she set down her laptop; she had finally started to piece together what she was going to do with her second book.

It had taken an afternoon of brain storming but she was finally making progress on the book that she had promised; Liliana was sure that Elise would be pleased with what she had done, she had even started on the first chapter.

"I didn't think you were home," Cristiano murmured moving towards his fiancée, he wrapped her arms around her and hugged her close.

Liliana leant back in his arms, she was happy that he was home and they had a bit to talk about after her talk with her agent; she was relieved with how supportive Elise had been.

"My meeting with Elise was short... she knows that I'm engaged and pregnant," Liliana confessed looking up at him, she was pleased that things had worked out and she was looking forward to relaxing with him for the rest of the evening.

She had worked out that if she tried to work on a chapter every few days then her book would mean that she would finish the book before the release that was planned for late next summer.

"How about Estofado de Tenera for dinner?" Liliana suggested making Cristiano nod, he felt his stomach grumble at the mention of food and he was sure that it would be amazing.

Liliana laughed softly as she slipped out of his arms and moved to start preparing dinner, Cristiano watched her for a moment before he moved to help her.

"I finally started my second book," Liliana told Cristiano over dinner, she was so happy that she was making progress and she hoped that it would only get better as time went on.

The storyline had taken ages to nail down and Liliana was sure that she would be hit by more ideas as the story was written; she just felt relieved that she was now making some progress.

Cristiano smiled at the news, he was relieved to hear that she had beaten the writer's block that seemed to have plagued her for months; she had vented to him a lot about not being able to think of anything.

"That's good... at least that will get your publishers off your back," Cristiano mused pleased, he didn't want anything to stress her out and he hoped that things would continue to stay this while they prepared for the birth of the baby.

The two talked about their days as they enjoyed each other's presence, they were still working this out and it was going to take time but they knew that it was time for them to think about coming out.

"I've missed this," Cristiano mused making Liliana smile at him, when Cristiano had played for Manchester United; the couple had lived together while she attended University in Manchester.

However, it had come to an end when Liliana had been offered a job at Spanish Elle, she had to move to Madrid with Cristiano soon following her when he signed for Real Madrid.

Everything was finally falling into place, they were able to be together now and nothing was going to change that.
