Staring at the laptop, Liliana ran a hand through her hair as she tried to figure out what to write next for her story; it was the two weeks after the new year and she was struggling to find inspiration again for her book.

Cristiano wrapped his arms around her waist and pressed a kiss to her neck, he sighed as he looked over her shoulder as she deleted the line that she had just written.

“I hate writer’s block,” Liliana muttered making Cristiano smile softly as he rested his hands on her swollen stomach, he didn't want her become stressed at twenty-seven weeks pregnant there was still a little bit of a way to go before their baby was born.

“Come and relax nena… you can work on this later,” Cristiano said as he linked their hands and gently pulled her away from the laptop; he flashed her a smile before leading her into the living room and settling her down on the couch.

Ever since Cristiano had return to training after the New Year, Liliana had found herself home alone since she didn't work at the magazine anymore; the brunette was spending a lot of time alone these days.

“Cris, I’m fine… I just need to finish that chapter,” Liliana said as she went to stand up but before she could Cristiano shot her a glare; she sighed as she sat back down and watched him.

The brunette watched as her fiancé turned the television on before he sat down next to her and started to kiss down her neck.

Liliana bit her lip as she allowed him to kiss down her neck, she knew that he was trying to help her relax but she needed to finish her work; however the moment that Cristiano found her sweet spot, she felt her entire body relax.

“It can wait until later… I’m sure that Elise won’t mine it being a little late,” Cristiano murmured as he continued to distract his fiancée for her work; he didn't want her stressing out over something that should be so simple.

Cristiano spent the rest of the afternoon keeping Liliana’s mind off her book, he had even gone as far as to hide her laptop and mobile so that she couldn't work.

The couple were currently cuddling on the couch, a black and white movie playing in the background even though neither of them was watching it; the two making out as if they were still teenagers.

Cristiano grinned to himself as he pressed a kiss to Liliana’s swollen stomach, he couldn't believe that in a few weeks’ time that they would both be parents to a little boy.

“I can’t believe how fast this is going, it seems like only yesterday,” Cristiano said as he glanced up at Liliana who nodded, she ran her fingers through his gelled hair with a smile. The Portuguese chuckled as he pressed another kiss to her stomach before moving to kiss her lips.

“You know if it was anyone else I would have killed them by now for touching my hair,” Cristiano mused as he pulled back slightly making Liliana nod.

The couple kissed until the house phone started to ring, Cristiano glared at the offending object as Liliana gently moved to get it; he had hoped that they would be able to spend the day together without interruptions.

“Ignore it,” Cristiano murmured making Liliana look at him as she held the phone in her hand, she sighed as she set it back down before turning her attention to Cristiano as the phone stopped ringing.

“Gracias,” the Portuguese said as he pressed a kiss to her lips before the phone started to ring again, the couple groaned as they pulled apart; they knew that whoever it was, wasn’t going to stop.

Cristiano answered the phone while Liliana watched him, she loved that he was worried about how hard she was working and had gone this far to stop her from working and stressing herself out.

Liliana paused as she ran back over her thoughts before she grinned as she leaned forward and kissed her fiancé, who looked at her confused; she had based the first book 'From Madrid with Love' on her and Cristiano while they had been living in two different countries and how they had coped, now she had a perfect idea of the sequel.

“I love you,” Liliana said as she moved off the couch and quickly got a pen and paper so that she could plan the sequel; Cristiano watched her confused wondering what he had done to inspire her.

“Elma will be pleased,” Cristiano mused as he watched his fiancée type up the plan and the corrected first chapter so that she could send it to Elise, so that her agent could see what she was doing.

“I’m sorry about ruining our afternoon together,” Liliana said making Cristiano shrug, he knew what happened when she was blocked by writer’s block and he was happy that she had managed to find inspiration to keep her Publishers off of her back.

“It’s okay, you can make it up to me later,” Cristiano said making Liliana pause as she realised that he still hadn’t told her, who had been on the phone; she turned to face him curiously, since he never kept secrets from her.

“Who was on the phone?” she asked making Cristiano smirk as he turned her attention to the television, the brunette watched her curiously as he glanced at her as if he had been keeping her in the dark about something for a while.

“I don’t want you to get upset. it’s just an idea I had from watching one of those programmes that you love so much,” Cristiano said making Liliana close her laptop, she knew that he had been hiding something for a while now but she had been so stressed with her book and her friends nagging her to set a date for the wedding that she hadn’t had chance to ask him.

“What programme?” Liliana asked curiously as she tried to remember her nightly television watching but nothing stood out; nothing that she watched that could cause Cristiano to keep a secret from her like this.

“Don’t tell the bride,” Cristiano revealed making Liliana stare at him, she didn't know what to expect now that he had told her which programme that he had been using to inspire him. Cristiano moved to sit in front of his fiancée; he smiled as he watched her for a moment.

“We are getting married on the 29th of April, that’s two weeks after the baby is due,” Cristiano said making Liliana swallow as she tried to wrap her head around what he was telling her; she couldn't believe that he had been planning their wedding without even hinting to it. Liliana had just entered her twenty-seventh week of pregnancy.

“Lil… you don’t have to plan anything, I have everything under control,” Cristiano said making his fiancée look at him worried; she loved him but she hoped that he wasn’t messing up her big day.

The Portuguese chuckled as he moved to kiss her, he knew that she was worried but he had everything under control; he wanted to show her just how much he loved her by surprising her with their wedding day on the date that he had first met her all those years ago.
