Too Lost in You

Chapter Four: Finally Alone

Unlocking the front door to her apartment, Liliana sighed in relief glad that the owners of the building had a maid service; she hadn't been to the apartment in three months and didn't know how clean her place would be. 

Stepping inside Liliana closed the door behind her, it wouldn't be long before Cristiano arrived and she wanted to be a little prepared for his arrival since she doubted that they would be leaving the apartment much while they were here. 

The apartment itself had a main bedroom which had its own en-suite bathroom and very comfortable king sized bed, and featured sliding doors that led onto the large dining patio which looked out over Guia. 

The second bedroom had deluxe twin beds and led onto a smaller balcony on the other side of the building while the main bathroom had a Jacuzzi bath and overhead shower and then there was the kitchen; which was large and had granite worktops. 

The lounge had a large wooden coffee table and two couches with a television in the corner next to a set of sliding doors that led out onto the dining patio; which held the dining table and two sun loungers facing out into the sun. 

Liliana quickly set down her black holdall that she had brought for the weekend and unpacked her clothes not wanting to forget anything; she closed the shutters to keep the room cool from the hot summer sun outside. 

It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door making Liliana pause, a smile slowly formed on her face knowing who it was; she moved out of her bedroom and headed to the door to answer it a little excited. 

Passing a mirror, Liliana did a quick check of her linen mix knee length dress looked okay; she wanted to look perfect for Cristiano, she nodded her head before walking to answer the door. 

It had been a wonderful idea to get away for a little while and Liliana was excited to see what Cristiano had planned for them.

Opening the door to her apartment, Liliana smiled at the sight of Cristiano who was wearing a sunglasses and a baseball cap; it didn't surprise her that he was wearing a disguise to come and see her. 

Cristiano flashed her a smile as she allowed him into her apartment, he was wearing baggy clothes that hid his form and made him a little less recognisable if he were to be spotted. 

The couple had parked their cars in the underground car park so that no one would spot them, the last thing either of them wanted was for someone to spot them together after they had lied to their families about where they were going. 

Liliana closed the door behind him making the couple sigh in relief as they realised they could finally act like a couple; Cristiano dropped his bag to the floor before he kissed the brunette eagerly. 

It had been so long since they had been able to really act like this, they'd been careful before so no one would catch them but they were safe here where no one would find out about them. 

Kissing Cristiano, Liliana smiled knowing that they had all the time in the world without having to worry about anyone catching them out or accidentally walking in on them. 

Running his hands down the back on Liliana's legs, Cristiano lifted her up and wrapped her legs around his waist; he couldn't imagine how much fun they were going to have now. 

Liliana grinned as he wrapped her legs around his hips and moved towards her bedroom, the brunette throwing his baseball cap to the floor before she removed his aviator sunglasses doubting he would be needing them anytime soon.

A few hours later, the couple lay curled together in the bed, Cristiano held Liliana close to him as they listened to each other breathing; it had been good to have this time with one another after hiding away for so long. 

The couple might have been sharing a bed in the house with their parents but they couldn't relax without worrying that someone would find out about them and ruin it for them. 

"I've missed this," Cristiano murmured looking down at Liliana who nodded in agreement, she concentrated on his heartbeat as she relaxed; she wished they could do this all the time without worrying. 

Cristiano rested his head against hers, he was dreading having to go back home and pretend that they weren't dating; it was going to be strange not sleeping next to her all the time only when they were sure it was safe. 

"We'll have to go food shopping," Liliana mumbled hating the idea of leaving this apartment even after a few hours alone but it was necessary; they had no food and it was something that needed to be done. 

Nodding his head, Cristiano couldn't help but smile knowing that they would be alone all weekend and there was no way he was going to let that slip through his fingers. 

"What are you thinking about?" Liliana asked sitting up in bed and looked at her boyfriend, she smiled as she pecked his lips; she liked how relaxed he looked right now. 

It had been a long time since they had both been able to relax and this small break would do them the world of good; they would need it especially with the year that was coming up. 

Cristiano grinned as he slowly deepened the kiss, he wished more than anything that he could do this more often; but it wasn't possible with their schedules. 

"I was thinking about how I have you all to myself," Cristiano murmured while Liliana straddled him, his hands resting on her hips as she looked down at him.

"And now that you have me to yourself, Ronaldo... what do you plan to do with me?" Liliana asked him innocently making Cristiano grin as he pulled her into another kiss, he turned them over so that he was now on top of her. 

Cristiano looked down at his girlfriend as he leant in slowly and kissed her; Liliana wrapped her arms around her boyfriend's neck and pulled him close wanting this moment to last forever. 

"I have a few ideas Perez but I think we'll have to go shopping first for food," Cristiano said climbing off of her, Liliana smiled at him; he would do anything for her, the two had been through so much to throw it away over stupid things. 

Six years of dating and nearly a life-time of friendship meant the two could read each other like a book, Liliana could sense that something was bothering Cristiano and she couldn't figure out what it was. 

"Cris?" Liliana asked watching him as he pulled on his boxers, Cristiano paused at the sound of her voice but he shook his head as he continued to redress in his unflattering clothes so that they could go out. 

Liliana watched him then she climbed out of bed and moved to wrap her arms around his waist making him stop; he sighed as she pressed herself to his back knowing that he could never hide anything from her. 

"Something's bothering you," Liliana murmured turning Cristiano to face her, he offered her a small smile and shook his head not wanting to worry her. 

Ducking down to kiss her, Cristiano hoped that the worries that he had would go away; he didn't want to worry Liliana more than needed right now. 

"It's nothing for you to worry about nena," Cristiano promised kissing her lips, he flashed Liliana yet another smile as he walked out of the bedroom; leaving a confused Liliana behind not believing him at all.
