The next day.

I haven't talked to or seen Anya since yesterday.

"You okay?" Liam asked concern laced In his voice.

"I'm fine" I mutter swinging my feet back and forth.

"You seem off" he egged on

"Nothing's wrong"  I reply looking at the concerned look on his face. Hoping he doesn't see the tears slowly building in my eyes.

"What's wrong?"

"Nothing!" I spat jumping to my feet.

Liam concern turned to shock at my sudden outburst.

I grab my purse that was leaning againts the old wooden fence with faded red paint.

I can't handle this right now.

The concern looks I have gotten was annoying me to the core.

The image of Anyas hurt expression etched into my mind on a loop.

"Where you going!" Liam shouted running after me.

"Home" I deadpanned

"Did I do something wrong? Did I say something that upset you? If I did I'm sorry"

"No it's not you I'm just dealing with something, right now"

"Maybe I can help" Liam suggested his face lighting up

"I'm sorry but it's not your concern"

With my harsh words Liam looked like a wounded puppy and he walked off muttering "just trying to help".

Climbing into the driver seat I throw my purse into the passenger side before slamming my hands viciously on the wheel.
