It had been a week since the party incident. Daniel had apologized several times throughout the week. I could tell he felt incredibly guilty for his actions.
He even took a few days off last week to take me on some fun and adventurous dates. It really helped us clear our minds and start over again.
Due to that, our relationship has been as strong and steady as ever. I'm really glad we were getting along well. Sometimes, it's best just to forget the past and move on. The future is bright, you know?
Just then, there was a knock on my door, making me snap out of my daze, "Come in!" I answered.
The door opened and in came Daniel with a smile on his face. "Hey, what you up to?" he asked, sitting on the edge of my bed.
I shrugged, "Nothing really. Just bored~"
He chuckled, "Aww. How bout you tag along with me today? A close friend of mine is having a house party. You should come, it'll be fun."
I nodded, "Alright, sounds good. I have nothing better to do anyway."
He smiled, "Great! You should start getting ready then. We're gonna leave in like 20 minutes. Wear something fancy, but not too sexy okay?" he pouted.
I laughed, "Okay Daniel. I'm not a fan of provocative clothing anyway, so you can relax."
He sighed in relief, "Good. I'm gonna go get ready too now. See you in 20 minutes!" he said and ruffled my hair before leaving the room.
Once he left, I got up and went to the bathroom to freshen up and take a quick shower. After I was done, I searched through my closet to find an outfit appropriate for partying.
Let's see.....it should be something fancy, but not too provocative. Something comfortable, but not too plain...

I pulled out an outfit that I brought from Korea. It was flashy, yet sophisticated at the same time.

I carefully put the outfit on and proceeded to fix my hair. I then attempted to put on some makeup with my non-existent make-up skills.
Suddenly, there was a knock on my door, "Come in!" I called.
The door opened and Daniel stepped inside. "Hey Y/N, you almost ready? Woah nice outfit!" he complimented while looking me up and down in approval.
I smiled, "Thanks! And yeah, I'm almost done. Just putting on some last-minute makeup." I said while applying mascara on my eyelashes.
He nodded, "Oh ok. Want me to give you a hand?"
I smiled, "Sure! I could use some help."
He burst out into laughter, making me confused. "Hahaha I'm just kidding Y/N. You know I can't do shit like this. Anyways, hurry up. We need to leave soon. I'll be waiting downstairs," he said before leaving the room.
