I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing beside my bed. I groaned and absent-mindedly reached out to grab my phone.
Without looking at the caller ID, I picked up the call, "Hello.." I muttered, still half-asleep.
"Uhm..hey. Is this Y/N?" A gentle voice spoke.
"Yes. And you are?" I asked, feeling more awake after hearing the person's voice. They sound really familiar...I definitely met them before.
"It's me, Woojin. I was calling to let you know that it's Jihoon's birthday today. Wanna One and I are gonna hold a surprise party for him. Wanna help us out?"
My eyes widened, "Really? It's Jihoon's birthday today?! How come he never told me...but of course I'll help! Where can I meet you guys and what time?"
"We're gonna hold the party at this place called Zero Base. Actually, all of us are already there so you can get ready to make it here Asap. I'll text you the address," he said.
"Alright. By the way, do I need to bring anything? Like some food or decorations?"
"Nope. Nothing but yourself. We already have everything ready. Well then, I'll see ya soon Y/N." he said and hung up.
A few seconds later, he texted me the address of this "Zero Base" place.
I smiled and immediately got up and started to get ready.
So it's Jihoon's birthday today, huh? So he's a gemini..
Once I finished brushing my teeth and taking a shower, I dug through my closet to find the perfect clothes to wear for a birthday.
Hmm...it should be something bright and fun.
Come to think of it, I think Jihoon once told me his favourite colour is pink. Though it was pretty obvious since almost all his clothes are pink...including the colour of his café lol.
After a few minutes of searching, I found a cute pastel pink outfit and put it on.

I then quickly fixed my hair and prepared a last-minute gift for Jihoon.
I know Woojin told me not to bring anything, but it would be rude to walk into a friend's birthday empty-handed.
So I made a friendship bracelet for Jihoon using some accessories that were lying around the house. I then wrapped it up into a gift box and went downstairs.
