I wake up to Amelia in my face, poking at it with a big smile. I look over at my phone and it's five minutes before my alarm goes off anyway.

"So, how did it go?" Amelia questions excitedly.

"It was just two friends going out for dinner. Nothing more." I say while getting up.

"You are so denying your feelings for him." Amelia trying to be right, which she is. But I can't let her know that.

"I am not. I need to get a shower if you'll excuse me." I say trying to get out of the conversation. If I let her keep going, she will end up pestering me so much that I will admit to it.

I can't like him. Not right now anyway. I just don't trust him yet. He is new in my life. I have only known him for a few days. I'm just not ready for a new relationship right now. Maybe when I get to know him, we can have something. But not right now. Yes, that kiss last night was amazing, but it can't happen again anytime soon.

"I really hope that kiss last night didn't ruin things." Mason comes up to me.

"No. It didn't ruin things. I really don't think I am ready for a new relationship right now, and we really need to get to know each other first." I say. Hoping he understands.

"Yes, I agree, we need to get to know each other real good." Mason agrees.

"Well, I need to get to class." I say. He nods and turns and walks away.

I sit in a desk by a window. I feel as if it makes learning better if I am by a window. Teachers like to have there door closed while they are teaching. So, it's like no fresh air can get in, so if I sit by the window it's like fresh air is getting in.

As I'm looking out the window, it starts pouring down rain. Suddenly, I hear thunder. so today is going to be a stormy day.

"Alexandra, pay no attention to the storm and listen to your assignment for tonight." Professor Bailey calls out.

"I'm sorry." I say.

"As I was saying, write an essay on what makes you want to be a photographer." Professor Bailey explains. Great. Now I have two essays I need to get done tonight.

As I walk out of class, I see Mason waiting by the door.

"Mason, what are you doing?" I ask.

"I came to walk you to your dorm." He says. Oh. That is sweet.

Time to get to the dorm and start on my essays right away. At least I don't have to do anything for the rest of my classes.
