"This semester is about to end. I'll be done with college then." Mason says.

"I'll be done also. Which means, I need to be finding an apartment." I say.

"Why don't we find one, and move in together?" Mason nervously asks. That actually does not sound like a bad idea.

"Sounds good to me. I need to tell you something." I say. I feel nervous now. What if he runs when I tell him? I have to tell him though. I can't keep it from him.

"What is it? You look very nervous." He says.

"I am nervous. I know there is a chance you may run after I tell you but...." I trail off.

"Just tell me. Whatever it is, we can get through it together." Mason says.

"I'm pregnant." I rush out. I lean my head down toward the ground because I'm scared to see his reaction. I stand like this for a minute or two, then finally look up scared he is gone. But what I see when I look up, surprises me. He has tears streaking down his face. A big smile on his face.

"Are you sure?" He mutters out. I nod my head and take out all four of the pregnancy tests I have in my boot.

"I hope you are happy because I am." Mason says.

"I am. It's just, I didn't think I could get pregnant because of all the trauma I've gone through. The doctors even said that." I say.

"Plus, you don't think it is too early? I mean, what if one day you decide you don't want to be with me?" I start questioning.

"I will never decide that. I want to spend the rest of my life with you." He says walking as close as he can to me.

He pulls me into him and we hug for a while. Both of us staining each others shirt with tears.

"The doctors appointment is in ten minutes." I say.

"Lets get going." He says. I nod my head then get in his truck.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"You are about six weeks pregnant. Congratulations." The doctor says.
"Six weeks." I repeat.
"Yep, here are some prenatal vitamins, take one everyday, but make sure you are not taking them on an empty stomach, and I will see you next time." The doctor says. I nod then walk out of the room holding Masons hand.
"Let's go back to my dorm real quick, I have something I need to do then we can go on our date." Mason says.
As I walk into Masons dorm, I see flower petals spread into a big heart onto the ground. The dorm is also dimly lit. Mason steps in front of me, takes a velvet box out of his pants then gets on one knee. Is he proposing?
"I know you are probably thinking, whoa, this is too early. But give me a minute, I just want to tell you, that I love you, and I want to conquer everything with you. These last months have been great with you, and I want the rest of my life with you. I want to have this baby with you. I want us to be married, I want it to be written on paper. I want to be in the room for everyone of your appointments. I don't want a doctor to say I can't be in the room with you. I want to be your husband. Please, give me the honor of marrying you." Mason exclaims. By this point, I am crying, sobbing actually.
"Yes, I will marry you." I say wiping my tears but they keep falling.
Mason stands up and slides the ring on my finger and kisses me. I have truly found the one. He wants to spend the rest of his life, with a girl that has been broken and had to fix herself. He wants me. He wants this baby.
