Meeting Remington wasn't a big deal. I just wanted to be friends with Daniel Curcio, that's it. Nothing to even do with Remington. Did I end up falling for him anyway? You're damn right I did. Maybe it was his glittery brown eyes of his smile that brightens up everything around him. Maybe it was his laugh that was so contagious, it made my heart flutter. Maybe it was just him.

Climbing onto the bus after Emerson, I sit on the couch, closest to the door and pull my phone from my pocket. Daniel sits next to me and I lean over to show him a video that I found absolutely hilarious, Dan bursts into a fit of laughter. "I wanna see!" Sebastian yells, reaching for my phone. I hand it to him, laughing at the sound coming from the device. Sebastian hands my phone back, chuckling. I set my phone down on the couch and stand up, "Hey, move, you're tallness is in my way of food." I tell Remington "Oh sorry, all my shortness must have ended up with you." He smirked, backing up and allowing me to go for the jar of peanut butter. "Uh, Rem?" I ask, looking up at his smirking face "Hm?" He asked, his smirk only getting bigger. "Can you, uh grab the peanut butter for me?" I roll my eyes, "I guess I could help out the vertically challenged." Remington laughed and picked the jar out of the cabinet, handing it to me.

Sitting outside at night might actually be one of my favorite things in this world. It's nice, quiet, and cool. I leaned back on the grassy area we were parked by and took a deep breath. "You always sit by yourself?" I heard a voice ask in my direction. "Uh, yeah, actually. I love sitting by myself." I replied with a small smile. "Do you mind having some company?" Remington asked, walking a little closer. "No, you can sit with me." I told him as he sat next down, arms wrapped around his bent knees.

New people and new things always interested me but Remington was really something else. He made me laugh but also made me sad with his self-depreciating jokes. He made me smile and say he was crazy. "You like it." He playfully nudged my shoulder. "I do, I do." I told him, looking up at the stars. "Oh really? You like me?" He teased "Well, you're not that bad." I laughed a bit as he nodded "You touring with us isn't so bad. I really thought you'd just take up space on our bus and be annoying." He admitted. "Me? Annoying? Never." I mocked sarcastically "You're not!" Remington laughed "Thanks, I think." I chuckled, shaking my head.

There was a point in time when Remington wasn't by my side all the time but I don't remember it. There was a time Remington and I weren't together but I don't like to remember it. Him and I never really asked one another on a date or anything, we just kind of were never apart after a while. He's mine and I'm his, everyone knows that. I wouldn't have it any other way. He's really not that bad. I went from sleeping on the couch to sharing a bunk with Remington along the way, which is where I am now, waiting for Rem to get out of the shower.

The bunk fills with light as the curtain gets pulled back, my back to them. A hand collides with my right ass cheek, "Come on, Sleeping Beauty. Time to get up." Remington's voice says and I groan. "I don't wanna get up yet." I rub my eyes and look over my shoulder to see Remington's face smiling back at me. I roll back over and pull the covers over my head. The pressure in the bunk changes and Remington is laying next to me, pulling the blanket off me and getting under it. "Reeeem." I whine, rolling over and wrapping myself around him, "Yes, my love?" He kissed my temple "I wanna sleep all day." I told him, knowing it was a day free of shows and press. "Not all day but definitely for a little while longer, okay?" Remington told me, closing the curtain the rest of the way, "Okay." I yawned and snuggled closer to him.

Waking up, Remington was gone again so I leave the bunk and rub my eyes, seeing Remington sitting on the couch closest to our bunk. I walked over to him and he looks up, holding his hand out for mine. I extend my arm to him and he pulls me into his lap, arms wrapping around my waist. I lay my head on his shoulder as he goes back to his phone. I watched as he scrolled through Instagram and laughed at a cat video. This was my happy place, with Remington, doing nothing. He's not too bad after all.
