Shawn

Gabriel told me he turned her away within seconds, but her going to him alone ment that bitch was trying to cause some real trouble.
You only go to the Don for certain things, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't for some shit she already had. She went to him for permission, Gabriel turned her down yes, but that didn't mean she wouldn't find anyone else.

That was three months ago. I was on high alert. Where I go Destiny goes, I wasn't taking any chances.

She also hadn't responded to the divorce court orders so I am officially divorced. That didn't settle shit. Natalie being quiet wasn't a good thing. Natalie didn't do losing well.

I look over to an extremely excited Destiny.
We're on our way to her doctor's appointment.
We get to find out what we're having.

Just looking at her.
I will do everything in my power to protect her and our children. We are having twins.

"Stop staring at me Shawn," she grins at me, placing her hand on her swelling belly.

"I was just thinking how beautifully pregnancy suits you."
Her grin widens.
"I should keep you this way." I wait.
It takes her a moment to process my words. Because the grin drops and she looks me upside my head.

"That's what you think," she rolls her eyes at me.
That's what I know.
I'll let her heal for a few months, but I wanted a big family. It did something to me to imagine my future with this woman. I could picture us with about seven kids. Five boys that take after their ol' man, and two princesses that look like their mama.

She turns her head towards the window, trying to ignore me.
That was cute.
So I wrap my arm around her waist and pull her to me.

"You're something else Shawn Sanders," a smile in her voice as she nestles her face into my shoulder. Melting into me as she says this.

This woman and the children she was carrying are my world. If I could store her in my rib just to keep her safe, I would.
I'd be damned if I'd let anything happen to them.

Natalie

I had been very patient up into this point.
I snatch my hand from the manicurist's grasp and answer his call.

"Why is she still alive, Cho?" I waste no time in small talk.

"He hasn't left her side. What the fuck you want me to do," his voice rasps.

I roll my eyes at his dramatized excuse.
"Surely you're not that sloppy."

"He is with her day in and day out, if I make a move to get the girl he'd dead that." Frankie says
"The guy is a giant, it will take all of my guys to take him down. And I don't need all of that. So you're just gonna have to wait" he huffs.

I don't like waiting, but what he is saying is right.
It's ridiculous really.
Shawn is up her ass like he could really love her!
Impossible.

"Just hurry and get it done, Cho!" I snap,
hanging up before he can make another excuse.
My patience is thinning even more. I want the bitch dead.
I have things to do, and she can't be around when they happen.

Destiny

I should be used to the fact that Shawn makes everything look so small.
I laugh because he can't sit in the little roller stool next to the bed. He would have legit smashed it in half.
So he is currently wall-hugging, with his arms folded across his chest.
When my nurse comes in Shawn decides to turn his intimidation up 1000 notches. Because it's a male nurse instead of a woman.

I cover up my giggle with a cough as the poor nurse looks at Shawn before lifting up my shirt, exposing my belly.

He squirts the jelly on my stomach and pulls out that wand thingy, and all our eyes go to the screen.
