Later that night, Jamil goes outside for a late night walk. He wanted to clear his head after everything today and it was the only time he could.
I feel bad for all of them...those poor guys. At least I have a week to help however I can, Jamil thinks to himself, enjoying being back in his home town. Owen better try and make them feel better. He may be closed off but he's closer with them so he's bound to try...
He looks up at the stars and sees the constellation the town is named after, Cepheus.
But the Greek story behind it is so messed up. King Cepheus's wife says she's prettier than Poseidon's wife so he sends a sea creature after them. To save his skin, Cepheus chains up his daughter as a sacrifice. Luckily, Perseus gets her out, then they get married but I wouldn't want to see...my parents...ever again...realization dawns over Jamil as the story seems to be a little familiar.
Oh my gosh..! Our parents tried to kill Owen...totally different circumstances but essentially the same thing. Jamil shakes his head to clear his thoughts. I just ruined the town name for myself...jeez...but why would they want to kill Owen?
"Hey! HEY YOU!" A loud voice shouts at Jamil and he turns around to the drunk man from before.
"Oh gosh," Jamil's eye's widen as he sees a whole gang with him, at least ten of them in total.
"You're the one that punched me the other day! Prepare to pay!" The man yells and breaks into a run. Jamil jumps on his heel and dashes.
There are too many of them as Jamil tries to outrun them. He jumps over a garden, swings over a fence, slips through cracks but they still manage to keep up. Owen would be so proud of my athletic skills Jamil thinks, half-sarcastic.
"You get back here scum! Lemme finish what you started!" The man's angry voice panics Jamil, making him run faster.
"I didn't punch you!" Jamil cries out desperately, running out of ideas as he runs through a parking lot. "You're the one who was drunk and tried to drug me! Bottom line, I DIDN'T PUNCH YOU!" Jamil dodges one that jumped in his direction.
"Who else would've done it?!" The man yells at him, growling at the fact that one of his gang members missed. "Get yer pretty ass over here!"
"Oh gross," Jamil shudders, hiding behind a car. "I'm straight!" He whispers to himself.
"Does it look like I care?!" The man reaches the car where Jamil is hiding and he holds his breath.
"Why are you so easily offended anyway?" The man asks.
"I'm not easily offended! I'm just defending myself!" Jamil answers then immediately covers his mouth, knowing he gave himself away.
"Ah, there you are." He blocks one of Jamil's exit.
Up close, the man clearly wasn't old. He's only about in his late twenty-early thirties if Jamil has to guess. That didn't make him want to stick around and find out what this man has planned for him though.
"I'm not here," Jamil dashes into a narrow alleyway. I can call Amy right? Oh wait, she and everyone else are sleeping right now.
Just my crummy luck.

Amy glances over at her sleeping siblings once more before leaving her apartment and walking on the streets. She wants to clear her mind of what happened earlier.
Red's known to do stuff for the rest of us because he doesn't want us to get hurt. Even if they all agree, I'm sure Red must be thinking about doing it anyway...I sure hope he's not.
