28: Unexpected

A knock from the door caught Jimin off guard. He looks up from his paper works and answered with a boring tone "Who is it?"

"Its me"

"oh" Jimin sat down straightly when he heard it was his secretary. He then told her to come in. Soon, a girl with peach blouse and a high ponytail came in, handing him a file then stood in front of his table respectfully

"Yes?" Jimin asked with a smile on his face. Waiting his secretary to tell him his schedule

"Your dinner with Han Enterprise is cancelled today. Mr Han fell ill and he wants to postpone it next week. That's it for today. You dont have any occasions after the meeting in about 30 minutes"

"Okay. I'll stay here for a while to finish these after the meeting. Then I'll go to the hospital to visit my wife. If anything happens tell me pleas-"

"Oh! I forgot to tell you! You have a guest waiting outside" She giggled and facepalmed herself

"Tell him or her I'm busy. Visit me next time" He said and continue doing his work

"Are you sure you dont want to meet the guest?" The girl said in a teasing tone and raised an eyebrow. Making Jimin nodded confidently

"Awh! Fine then! Ill visit him next time Aeri" A sudden voice made Jimin looks up from his paperworks almost immediately with his eyes wide. His eyes trailed off to the door to his office where a girl's heasd popped out from the mentioned door

"H-haemi?!"

"Aeri! You said you're free after this right? Let's go on a lunch. My treatl She came in and ginned to the other girl. Ignoring her surprised husband

"Uh.. Jimin ssi, I will take the day off now. Bongpyo will do the minutes okay. If you excuse me, Ill have a date with your wife" She giggled and walked to Haemi. More like skipping to her

"W-wait!" He stood up when he saw both of them linking arms

"What now. You said you're busy and you didn't want to see me?"

"I-I take it back! Uh.. Aeri, Uh.. I want to talk to my wife alone. Please?" He begged and his secretary rolled her eyes

"Fine! But not too long. You have a meeting after this. And I will having lunch with your wife while you are in the meeting" She huffed before going out.

The door slammed closed and Haemi crossed her arms while raising an eyebrow. It took Jimin a while to realise if it was really his wife. He furrowed his eyebrows when sudden voice made its way to his mind

I thought Seokjin hyung said she will be discharged this evening?

He snapped out of his thoughts when the girl fake-coughed. He pouted and puts away his glasses

"Baby~" The boy made a cute voice and ran to his wife then engulfed her in a hug "You didnt tell me you got discharged early!" He pouted

"I wanted to make a surprise" She giggled but suddenly it turned into a teasing smile

"But.. I guess someone isnt happy to see me here" She faked a sad tone and shrugs. Making Jimin eyes went wide. "Well I guess I will spend my whole day with Aeri?"

"Who said I'm not happy to see you here?" He pecked her lips and smiled sweetly. "Let's go on a date after your lunch with Aeri.. Hm?"

"Jimin ssi! You have to get ready for your meeting!" Aeri shouted from outside of his office and he pouted cutely
