Vanessa's Pov-
I was currently sitting at home watching TV, when I suddenly remembered the doctor's appointment Ash had yesterday. Putting the TV on mute, I grabbed the phone off the hook and dialed her number. It rang a few times before she finally picked up; "Hello?" "Hey girl!" I said into the receiver. "Hey Nessa. What's up?" She asked, "Not much." I replied..."So how did the doctor's appointment go?" I asked being curious. I could hear her sigh then say, "It went fine. I won't know anything till the next few days. They took a blood and urine test, and are going to run some tests from that and see if I'm pregnant or not." "Wow. Well hopefully everything turns out okay." I said. "Yeah me too. Listen I hate to cut this short, but I gotta go. I was getting ready to head to my parents house." She said. "Alright. Tell your parents I said hi. Oh and tell Marcus I said hey too." I told her. She laughed and said "Will do." I soon hung up the phone after we said goodbye.

With nothing to do, I decided to go for a run. I ran upstairs and changed into a sports bra, and tank top with shorts. I grabbed my tennis shoes and slipped them on, as I walked back downstairs. I stepped outside shutting the door behind me, and began to jog a little. I missed Kevin a lot. Especially when he went away on tour. But then again if I wasn't with Kevin, my life would have been different. If you told me two years ago, that I would be in a relationship with Kevin Richardson of the Backstreet Boys, I would have thought you were nuts. But after a few awkward dates, here we are nearly 2 years later, happy as can be. Looking at my watch, I saw I had been running for a good while. Upon seeing a park, I saw a bench and decided to take a little break to catch my breath. I slowly jogged to the bench, and took seat, catching my breath.

Once I finally got my breath back, I decided to head on back home. As I was running back towards my house, I passed by Howie's parents house. I forgot they live down the road from Ash, cause I pass her house on my runs. Howie's father, Hoke was outside mowing the grass, and saw me as I passed by, stoping for a second to wave and say hello. I waved back and continued my run back home. Finally seeing my house coming into view, relief washed over me. I soon reached my house. Walking up to the front door, I opened it up and was greeted by the coldness of the air conditioner. Stepping inside and shutting the door, I quickly removed all my clothing minus my bra and underwear and threw them in the hamper in the laundry room. I was sweaty and just decided I'll put some clothes on later. I walked back into the kitchen, opening the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water. I made my way into my living room, where I plopped down on the couch, choosing to remain their for the next few hours as I watched TV.
