Chapter Fifty-One

Leighanne's Pov-
Ever since Brian and the guys left for tour, I've been very busy. I hadn't had time to hang out with Nessa or Ash, and tonight I had some free time. That's why I called up Ash and Nessa asking them to join me for dinner tonight at Olive Garden. Ash was hesitant on coming, but I persuaded her to come along tonight. I wonder what's going on with her? Guess I'll have to wait to see her tonight, and ask her myself. The time was now 6:45, I was already ready. I had to pick up Ash, because she said her car wasn't working. Ness would meet us there at 7:30.

Around 7:15 I drove over to Ashley's house to pick her up. I pulled up in front of her house and honked the horn, she soon came walking out. Opening the passenger door she climbed in and I drove off towards the restaurant. "So, Ash how have you been?" I asked making conversation. "I've been better. I got in a car accident a few days ago." She said. "What? Oh are you okay?" "Yeah. Just pulled some muscles in my shoulder and broke my wrist and got a concussion. But I'm doing fine." I nodded then she asked, "How are things going with you and B-rok?" I smiled, "Things are going great. I sure miss him though." I sighed. She patted my leg and smiled. "Is Nessa gonna be there?" She asked, nodding I said, "Yes. She's meeting us there." "Is that okay?" "Yes, it's fine. I was just wondering is all." She fell silent, then said, "Leigh, I have to tell you something. Only Howie and Nessa know." My curiosity peaked an interest to what she said. "What is it?" I wanted to know. "I'm pregnant." A smiled formed on my face, "Oh Ashley! That's amazing!" "Wait? Why does Howie know?" I then asked. "He's the father." "Wow." Is all I could say.

We were now at Olive Garden, Ness was a few minutes late. The three of us sat around just catching up with one another. Ness and I talked about how much we missed Brian and Kevin, Ashley was silent the whole time. Nessa then began to speak, "So Ash, have you and Howie talked about how..." she stopped and stared at me. "She knows. I told her." Ash said so there was no secrecy. Taking a sip of my drink, I simply said, "You don't seem to thrilled about it." "Honestly, I don't know. I know I'm not happy about it. After all I'm only 19, yet I'm not sad about it either." we stared at her as she continued on, "I'm just not sure how to feel." Nessa and I looked at her, placing our hands on hers and I said, "There's nothing wrong with feeling that way." "Leigh's right. And just know that you're not alone in this." Nessa chimed in. Ash laughed a little and said, "What would I do with out you two?"
