Chapter Sixty

Ashley's Pov-
'Should I tell my parents that I'm pregnant?' 'Or should I just wait for Howie so we can tell our families together?' I was asking myself these questions, thinking about what Nessa and Leigh had said. I am capable of making my own choices. And maybe me telling them might be good? I mean for all I know D has probably already told the guys, which is saying something cause I've told Nessa and Leigh. I need to talk to Nessa and Leigh about this and what they told me. They told me that it will lift a huge weight off my shoulders and I wouldn't be stressing as much. I grabbed the phone and dialed Nessa's number, it rang and her answering machine picked up....*Hello! It's Vanessa and Kevin, we aren't available right now. Leave your name and number and we'll get back to you.* I just hung up and called Leigh's number, it rang and she answered. "Hello?" "Hey Leighanne, I've been doing some thinking. Do you think you and Nessa could come so we can talk?" "Oh no problem Ash. She's at work right now I believe, but we'll come by. "Okay, thanks." I hung up the phone and walked into the living room and plopped down on the couch.

While I waited for Nessa and Leigh, I made myself some food. Reaching into the cabbinet, I pulled out a pan, going to the fridge I pulled out some eggs. I wasn't hungry but decided to make some scrambled eggs. After all I am eating for two now. I quickly cooked the eggs and put them on a plate. I slowly started to eat them, staring at my stomach as I did. After a few bites, I threw the eggs away and placed the dishes in the sink and walked out. Right as I sat down, the door bell rang. I knew it was Nessa and Leigh, so I just yelled, "COME IN!" I heard the door open and foot stops across the floor. Standing up, I greeted them, leading them back into the living room. We all sat on the couch, me in the middle and Nessa and Leigh on the right and left sides of me.

"So what's up?" Leigh asked, "I've been doing some thinking." I said, Nessa looked at me, "And?" She asked, Leigh looked at her and said, "Be patient Vannesa." "Anyway, I've been thinking how you both told me I should tell my parents. Do you really think I should?" They nodded and Nessa said, "Yes. You don't need to have D with you." Leigh then added on to what Nessa said, "She's right. It's better to tell them now, because I don't think it will be a good idea if they found out themselves." They were right, I know they are. "I agree. I just need a right time to tell them." They agreed with me and both said, "If you need us to be there when you tell them, then give us a call and we'll be here." I smiled and gave them both a hug. "Okay. I'll tell them. Not now. Later. I gotta go over how I'm going to tell them." I explained. Nessa and Leigh smiled at me, and Leigh asked, "Do you wanna come hang out with us? Nessa and I had plans to hang out at my house tonight." I hesitated for a second and then Nessa said, "Come on Ash. It'll be a girls night. It'll be good for you." 'I guess it would be good for me.' I thought, "Okay. I'll join you two." They both squealed and jumped and began hugging me tight.
