Two Weeks Later

I woke up with the sunlight creeping through my window and onto my face, heating my skin ever so slightly. This was the best way to wake up, so natural and peaceful. I smiled and breathed in heavily, opening my eyes to a slightly lit room. I stretched up and looked at the clock. 11:30 AM. Pretty good time to wake up when it comes to myself, I can literally sleep all day long if I had the choice. I guess I knocked out pretty early yesterday, since everyday me and the boys were doing something new. From bowling, to late night movie fests, to jam sessions, the boys even taught me a thing or two about note reading and harmonies. It was like vacation 24/7 with these boys. And I´m loving every second of it.

These past two weeks have been amazing, and the funniest part is that we haven´t even done anything all that special, well besides the little adventure me and Harry went on to see the sun set. But no one except me and Harry knew about that. All the boys were really sweet to me, especially Harry. He always went out of his way for me. Louis and I had become close as well, he´s almost like the older brother I never had. Hes the type of person that you can trust with any secret, as long as you tell him to keep it to himself. 

I sighed happily, it´s been a while since I´ve woken up with a smile on my face. It was a nice feeling. Not having to worry, just living life the way it should be: happily. I looked over to my nightstand and saw my notebook, I picked it up and flipped through the pages. The emotions in the songs were so drastically different, before just recently, the songs always had a slightly sadder, damper tone. I folded the book in half, pressing my fingers near the bind of the book so that the pages stay flat open. I looked at the page with the lyrics to my latest song dedicated to these wonderful boys, while a smile creeped up on my face. Thanks to the boys teaching me a few things about song writing and music, I was able to create a melody to go along with it. I opened my mouth and starting singing the lyrics that were so perfect for my life at the moment in time.
