"Nobody knows the weight that's on her shoulders..."

"Now this is what I call a party" is what Harry said when we met up with him and his date, Luke, at the entrance of the club.

It was a white, modern two story building with neon lights and decorations glowing around its walls. The doors were fully open, so you could see inside the line for tickets and another pair of doors that led to where the party was at, wild lights gleaming through the glass.

"This is gonna be the best night of our lives!" Charlotte said and smiled excitedly.

"Oh I forgot! Guys, meet my date..." Harry said, then to whisper at me:

"...And future boyfriend..." I chuckled but covered my mouth with my hand to play it off.

"...Luke. You might know him from the basketball team at school, and might I say the best looking" he said and Luke smiled, giving his hand to the boys and a cheek-on-cheek kiss for us girls.

He had pretty curly hair that was buzzed off from the sides, freckles along his cheeks, and ivy green eyes.

"It's so good to meet you, and not just pass beside you in the halls" I said and smiled.

"Same thing to you all" he replied.

"I thought I was the better looking..." Chris said, the comment hurting his big ego. We all laugh.

"Well, shall we?" Spencer said, clasping his hands together.

We all nodded and went right in without making the line, because we had already bought our tickets early. Perks of being the graduates, aka the center of attention.

In front of me was Shawn, looking around the room, stressed. I hurried up my steps and softly tapped him on the shoulder. He turned around his head toward me and I said:

"Breathe. It' all gonna be fine. Enjoy the night"

He gave me a heartily smile and gave me a side hug.

"You are the best friend I could ask for" he said, hitting me like a bullet.

Maybe he doesn't mean it, like I always do when I lie. Yeah, that's it.

"Well what can I say? I deserve a lot of medals for being this nice" I said cockily, earning another smile as his shoulders relaxed from his tense posture.

I slowed down to catch up with Spencer, who was talking with Chris. I placed my arms around his strong bicep, making him tense up to my presence. He is so adorable.

"Hey Spence?" I said, earning his attention.

"I need a favor from you" I said and he furrowed his eyebrows.

"Do you promise to dance with me and not leave me alone? I hate being forced to talk to others" I said nervously, not even knowing the reason I said the truth, and he laughed.

"Of course. I hate it too" he said and I glared, then bursting into laughs.

He looked at me puzzled, trying to find how he made me laugh. How oblivious.

"Look who's talking, Mr. Popular" I said and rolled my eyes.

"Everyone beside us acts fake around me and it feels equally as lonely so, it's not the best sometimes. Everyone has it bad" he said.

"Shawny!" I could hear that irritating voice say from almost a mile away. I just wanted to beat the shit out of my head against the wall.

"She is a good example of fake..." Spencer continued to talk but I zoned out, seeing her walk to Shawn and give him a big hug and a seductive kiss on the cheek, about centimeters away from his mouth.
