CLARY POV
"And I've never switched since,but...If we just switch bodies...just us two, then...I think it'll be ok, because...small switches never hurt anyone," I explain.
"So you're saying that we can switch bodies?" Amber asks.
"Yeah...I just, i feel so bad about what happened,"
"So...I can be popular, and have the life I've always wanted? And you would live in my body? How long for?" Amber asks.
"Three days," I say.
"That's an...odd number," Amber says.
"Trust me, you'll be sick of my life after one day," I say.
"I'm pretty sure I won't," Amber says.
"Then meet at my house tomorrow, five am, tomorrow can be your first day but on Thursday you have to promise to switch back,"
"Ok....I promise," Amber says.
"I'll see you tomorrow then," I say. "I have to leave school early because I have an appointment with my grief counselor, if anyone says anything....just ignore them...Izzy's just..she's horrible for what she did to you, you're worth so much more than that."

"Good afternoon Clary," Holly my grief counselor says. The only reason I see a grief counselor was because after Katy died my mom was distraught, I guess it made her feel better that I was seeing someone because really it was her who needed the help. "So the nightmares have gone away?" Holly asks.
"Just like that," I lie. She writes down something on her note pad.
"That's good...I'm taking you off your prescription, and your next appointment is in the next two months, just remember, it wasn't-," I interrupt her.
"My fault, I know," I say and walk out of the room.

I hear a knock at the door. I open my door and see Amber. "Is it five am already?" I ask.
"On the dot," she says. I sigh and lead her in.
"Come on in, but be quiet, my moms a light sleeper," I say. Amber follows me to my room.
"So, um, do we just switch here?" Amber asks.
"Yeah, I guess so, just stand in front of me." I say.
"One last thing before we switch....my moms away on a business trip, she won't be back for like, a month....so she won't be there when you're at my house," Amber says. I nod in understanding.
"Ok, yeah, I can deal with that," I say. I close my eyes and switch. I open my eyes and see myself.
"Clary you're me! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! It's weird, I'm looking at myself! I'm not as ugly as I thought," Amber says as she looks at me. "Sorry," Amber says blushing.
"It's ok, i haven't seen this for a while...um, do you want a mirror?" I ask.
"Yeah,"
"Ok, Amber, or well, Clary, I'll be right back," I grab a mirror and give it to her.
"I'm you....oh my gosh....thank you Clary!"
"It's Alright, just remember our promise...I guess..."
"Of course! Yes," Amber says.
"Ok then, I should get going before my mom decides that there is an intruder in the house....so, uh....bye Amber...or uh...bye Clary,"
"Bye clary! Amber...whatever!" Amber says with a smile.

~3 days of Amber having fun in Clary's body~

I go up to Amber. "Uh..Am...i mean Clary..." i say. Amber looks at me.
"Ugh, what do you want?" Amber asks.
"Clary c'mon, we have to do what we promised,"
"Ugh! Ok, I'll only be a minute," Amber tells Izzy. We walk into the bathroom.
"Amber, we have to switch back now," i say. "It's day 3,"
"You think I was serious when I made the promise?!" Amber asks. "No! I'm not switching back with you," Amber says.

JACE POV (YES! IT'S HAPPENING! I'm sorry! I just really miss writing in my baby's POV)
"So Mr. Herondale you're trying to tell me that you had no involvement in this fight?" Mr.Aldertree asks.
"Did you not hear me?! Yes! I said- well no, i had some involvement but....he punched me first Alright?! I mean obviously if someone punched you you punch them back! Come on Mr. Aldertree! You know I didn't start this!" I say. "Example, I did not punch Four, Four punched me! You can ask Sebastian! He was there he'll stand up for me!"
"Well, I'm not sure what to believe anymore since Uh....how many fights have you got into this past month? Including this one ten!"
"Come on! They all have reasons why!" I say annoyed.
"Mr. Herondale, I will be issuing you with double detention every day for a month,"
"WHAT?! That's so unfair! I didn't start that stupid fight!" I yell angrily and Walk out the door, slamming it behind me.
"Mr. Herondale! Storming off will only get you into more trouble!" I hear Mr.Aldertree say as I walk farther away.

CLARY POV
"I like living your life, All you and your stupid friends have done to me ruin my life! My life is so unfair! Your life isn't" Amber says.

JACE POV

I walk through the halls angrily. "Stupid teachers," I mumble under my breath. I then stop as I hear a familiar voice.

"And see... my point is," I recognize that voice." If you're allowed to ruin my life... I get to ruin yours...So that's just what I'm gonna do,"
