Hey, guys. Welcome back to my series - yes, I made another one. I think I've got more of this in me, and so I'll write the fourth Installment.
If this is the first book you're reading in this series, it goes like this. Readers submit OC's to take part in the Hunger Games. (Keep in mind I don't own the Hunger Games or it's characters) Those readers will make choices along the way, determining their tribute's fate.
No one escapes me, the head game makers, plan though. MUHAHAHAHAHA
Anyway, we're going to set up the story right here. Character Forms are in the next chapter.
This is the 102nd Hunger Games, only 2 years after IHG III takes place. After the third rebellion was put down, all of the games were made.. extra tough.
