The Faults Of Her Sex Life

Chapter 16

Dani and Justin situated themselves, Justin helping a still blushing Dani put her shirt back on. After a few moments, Shannon rejoined them in the living room, doing her best to keep a straight face.

    "So what is so bad that you had to storm into my apartment?" Dani asked, throwing silent daggers at Shannon.

    "I can leave the room, if you guys want a minute to talk?" Justin offered.

    "No, you're fine, you can stay", Shannon said, "Its Aaron."

    "Is he okay?" Justin asked, suddenly worried about his cousin.

    "There's nothing wrong with him, but that's the thing. There's NOTHING wrong with him", Shannon said dramatically.

    "Isn't that a good thing?" Dani asked, now confused.

    "No because I think I'm actually developing feelings for him!" Shannon exclaimed while burying her face in her hands.

    "Have you never had feelings for someone?" Justin questioned, arching an eyebrow at Shannon and looking to Dani for answers.

    "She did one time, back in high school. It didn't go very well, though. The guy, Derek, took her virginity and then dumped her the very next day. He was a jerk", Dani explained. She always despised Derek for the way he treated her best friend, not to mention all the other girls he had done that too, as well. After Derek, Shannon had vowed to never fall in love again. Everything would be purely physical satifaction for her, which is why she usually has the rule of never sleeping with someone more than once.

    "He was a dick. Not a jerk, a dick", Shannon said seriously, "Which explains why his was so small, he put it all into his personality."

    "So anyways, what are you going to do?" Dani asked Shannon.

    "I have no idea, I'm not a relationship type of girl and Aaron has already brought it up numerous times. I don't know how much longer I can distract him with sex, he's huge and I'm so sore all the time", Shannon said, making Justin look a little uncomfortable over the idea of his cousin's penis.

    "Aaron is a great guy, he would never do to you what that Derek guy did", Justin said with a completely serious face.

    "I'm just afraid", Shannon admitted.

    "New relationships are always scary", Justin started, quickly glancing over at Dani, "But some people are just worth the jump."

    Dani was in awe of the words that had just come out of Justin's mouth. Was he indirectly talking to her? She had noticed him look at her for a split second before he said them.

    "So you think I should give him a chance?" Shannon asked the two of them.

    "I think you might be surprised at how much of a relationship girl you can be, when the relationship is more than one-sided", Dani said smiling, hoping that Shannon could find something more than temporary happiness in someone.   

    "Fuck. Okay, here goes nothing then. Thanks, guys. And sorry for interrupting earlier, I'll knock next time", Shannon said genuinely, laughing slightly.

    Shannon then proceeded to leave Dani's apartment, apparently heading to go see Aaron. Dani hoped that this was the right decision for Shannon, she didn't want to see her get hurt from opening herself up again.

    "You know I meant what I said, right Beautiful?", Justin pointed his full attention towards Dani once Shannon was gone.

    "Which part?" Dani asked nervously.

    "I think you are worth the jump, the dive even", Justin said smiling, recalling the song that had played in the car on their first date. "This is about more than sex to me."

    "Why?" Dani said shyly.

    "You are such an incredible woman, like no one I have ever met before", Justin started, "You don't realize it, but your smile lights up every room you walk into. I think its absolutely adorable when you blush because someone cusses or brings up sex, like you did just now as I said that."

    Dani instantly went to cover her face, but Justin grabbed her hands and kissed each of them tenderly.

    He continued, "I love how one minute you're shy, and the next you're brave enough to tease me right back. I think you have this curiosity for what things can be like in the bedroom, and I hope you'll let me show you how much fun we can really have. And lastly, I think we compliment each other in wonderful ways, sexually and just in general. So with that, I was wondering if you would do me the pleasure of being my girlfriend?"

    Dani's breath hitched, she couldn't believe the sweet words coming from Justin. He made her feel so... special and so alive, in ways nobody has before.

    "Of course", Dani said, letting her smile completely take over her face. Justin instantly took her face into his hands, kissing her with every ounce of passion he could.
