November 1, 1984 - Mobile, Alabama

Arabella didn't want to sound bratty or ungrateful, but didn't the band give everyone enough already? It was always more, more, more, more, more and sometimes more never felt like enough. She physically couldn't put anymore strength into the shows, she went up on stage almost every night, playing the keyboard until her fingers felt cramped or numb and singing her heart out until her vocal cords refused to peep a sound. She didn't mean to come off as dramatic, but she couldn't help it. She was on her period. She binged on so much chocolate today and cried through cramps because no one had any sort of pain killers and everyone was too lazy to buy her any. Yes, even Luke.

But the reason for her dramatic rant was a new band was being added to the tour. Apparently fans thought that just Kosmic and 5 Seconds of Summer wasn't enough and that there should be proper opener for them. Something about "more music" and "more time spent at the shows"... more. Ian and Mason being the ass-kissers they were thought it would be a great idea to get another band on the tour.

She was not the only one who was upset, every member of both bands were unhappy about this news. The Collide Tour was like their baby, you know? So much had happened and bonds had been created that letting in some band would be hard.

They sit in the same setting they did back in February when Kosmic first met 5 Seconds of Summer. The only differences were that they were friends and the conference room was a bit beat down and in a lost area of the venue they were performing at tonight. Everyone could feel Ian's glares as they unwrapped a new piece of candy while Mason talked. Not even a meeting could stop them from devouring half-priced candy.

"Fizzy Law." Mason said as Arabella came back to actuality after deciding what candy she wanted to eat next. But, Fizzy Law? That was worse than the name Kosmic in her opinion.

"Fizzy Law?" Michael smirked, trying to hold back an obvious fit of laughter.

"They're an upcoming band from Seattle. They'll open for you guys for the rest of the tour." Mason paced the head of the room as if he was some business man giving a slide show of possible ways to raise a company's numbers. "They start opening tonight."

"They're here right now to meet you guys." Ian said with a little too much enthusiasm.

The pack - band - was lead by a short blonde girl, wearing a floral dress. It was extravagant on the eyes for this time of year. Three guys followed behind her. All four of them waltzed in like they owned the place and held facial expressions that resembled someone smelling something foul. Did they think they were cool? Seriously.

Any hope the nine of of them held that they'd somehow like this band was washed away. This band looked like they were barely hitting puberty. If Arabella sat there long enough she could come up with a list of everything that bugged me from just looking at them. Terrible, wasn't it?

Ian happily went down the line introducing these "Fizzy Law" persons. Eve, Josh, Ty, and Axel. None of them waved or even smiled in the slightest, they didn't even get eye contact. This attitude would be expected of someone with the popularity of 5 Seconds of Summer not of some band from Seattle that looked like they hadn't left the state of Washington until today.

"Get acquainted with one another." Mason encouraged before him and Ian walked out.

"All right," The Axel dude clapped his hands and his band mates spread the room. It kinda felt like they were about to kill 5SOS and Kosmic. "So, we're Fizzy Law, like those old men told you."

"You will do as we say," Started Ty as he punched buttons on a broken down projector. "when we say. Is that clear? We get what we want and stay out of your way, don't gives us what we want and we'll make each of your precious little lives a living hell."

"You guys are like fifteen and just openers." Calum scoffed. "What is this authoritative attitude anyway?"

"We could have you guys replaced in a heart beat so don't test the waters." Loch snapped, standing to his feet. Everyone followed his action. Arabella stuffed the remaining candy in the pockets of her jacket for later.

"Ian and Mason are too foolish to get rid of us." Ty smiled.

"They won't listen to a word you say." Josh was walking around the table, getting a good look at everyone like he was trying to intimidate them. He was like ten and not horrifying at all. "So how do these new rules make you feel? We know both bands have a problem with authority." Josh stopped in front of Arabella, brushing hair out of her face and she could only flinch at the feeling of his finger tips grazing her cheek bone.

"Don't touch her." Luke said sternly from behind her.

"Is little Lukey upset that someone else is touching his girlfriend?" Josh put on a fake baby voice and pouted.

"The girlfriend is another thing that changes here Lukey." Eve spoke for the first time. "I get what I want and what I want is Luke." She smiled deviously, running her fingers through Luke's hair.

Loch's knuckles were turning white because of how tightly he had them clenched. Michael's pale completion was traded for a red, fuming color. Ashton had his arms crossed over his chest, looking bored and waiting for these idiots to leave, Ashton was too old to be bothered by this scene. Ricky was lost as usual and Jax was getting ready to hold Loch back from throwing punches at these kids like he usually was. And Haze, well, she pushed Arabella aside, standing face-to-face with Eve, holding Eve's wrist so she couldn't reach Luke's hair.

"Look Evie." Haze rasped.

"It's Eve."

"Doesn't matter." Haze chuckled. "We don't always get what we want, but we sure in fact get what we deserve. And based off this sick little boldness you guys have, each of you will get your asses beat. Do not test me or the rest of us. You will not mess with Arabella and Luke's relationship. Are we clear?"

"Ladies," Axel slipped between both of them and Loch and Ashton rushed to Haze's side. "Lets break this up."

"Typically, I'm against slut-shaming, but in this case I'd like you to remove your whore of a lead singer and the rest of your band and leave." Loch pointed to the door.

"It must suck, Arabella." Eve peeked over Axel's shoulder.

"What must suck?" Arabella asked, fiddling with a candy wrapper in her pocket. This was definitely a moment she wasn't cut out for.

"Having them fight your own battles because you're so pathetic."

She smashed a chocolate bar as she balled her fist from anger. She wanted to hit this girl because she knew Haze wouldn't, but she didn't want to stoop to Eve's level. The conflicting emotions only made her walk up to Eve.

"Ian and Mason told us to get acquainted with each other, so please, Eve, get acquainted with my fist."

Arabella, then, could understand why Loch enjoyed knocking people. The initial collision of your fist to someone's face was exhilarating. With one punch, square to Eve's jaw, Arabella knocked her to the floor. Arabella covered her mouth with her hand when she thought she had knocked Eve unconscious until she sat up groaning and rubbing her jaw.

"All right, Belle, lets get you out of here..." Luke grabbed Arabella's hand and lead her out of the room.

She was a brand new woman after doing that.
