Chapter 33: Strike Down

Last night I couldn't sleep. Memories of Al flooded through my mind all night, and I tossed and turned constantly. I wish it hadn't happened. I wish I had stopped it.

I roll out of bed slowly, careful not to wake Tobias. As far as I know, he was too drunk to realize what had happened last night. I get dressed in loose printed shorts and a teal v-neck with white lace toms. I get into my car and drive to Christina's house.

Christina opens the door quickly after I ring the doorbell, dressed in a large black shirt and booty shorts that are barely visible underneath. Her hair is pulled back by a clip, and she doesn't look too good; I'm guessing she's got a bad hangover.

"Hi." I say. Luckily I didn't drink much last night, and what fluid did enter was balanced out with an equal amount of food.

"Hi." She replies tiredly.

"Have you talked to Will since last night?" I ask. She shakes her head no. "Do you remember last night at all?" I ask. Again, she shakes her head no. "Ok." I reply, biting my lip before leaving. She'll have to figure things out on her own now. As for what I'm about to go do, I just hope she understands.

Standing in front of Will's house, I pull a gun out of my bag. I knock on the door and wait for Will to answer. When I hear no reply, I knock down the door and run to a room that looks like it would be Will's. He's nowhere to be seen. Suddenly, I hear footsteps behind me.
