Wanda and Vision learn about Tony Stark missing. They get attacked by some people trying to take the mind stone. The two assailants keep the two apart. Wanda gets to Vision and they struggle to get away. They crash into a train station and they are saved by the group from Wakanda. Steve catches one of the attacker's weapons and Sam throws that attacker away. Steve throws the weapon to Natasha who attacks the other attacker. Daniel appears and stop the guy from attacking Natasha with his weapon. The woman attacks steals her weapon from Natasha and Daniel kicks the guy's weapon up and Steve grabs it and stops the woman's attack.
"Get up." The Woman says.
"I can't." The guy says.
"We don't want to kill you." Natasha says.
"But we will." Daniel says, "Well, they will."
"You'll never get the chance again." The woman says and the two are beamed away.
"That looked... alien." Daniel says.
"That's because they were aliens." Steve says as the weapon vanishes from his hand. They walk over to Vision and Wanda.
"Can you stand?" Sam asks. Wanda looks at Steve and Natasha.
"Thank you, Captain." Vision says.
"Let's get you on the jet." Steve says. They return to the jet and they return to the Avengers Facility. Inside, Rhodey was talking to the Secretary of State in a hologram call.
"Still no word from Vision?" The Secretary says.
"Satellites lost him somewhere over Edinburgh." Rhodey says.
"On a stolen Quinjet with five of the world's most wanted criminals." The Secretary says.
"You know they're only criminals because you've chosen to call them that, right, sir?" Rhodey asks.
"My God, Rhodes. Your talent for horseshit rivals my own." The Secretary says.
"If it weren't for those Accords, Vision would've been right here." Rhodey says.
"I remember your signature on those papers, Colonel." The Secretary says.
"And I'm pretty sure I paid for that." Rhodey says.
"You have second thoughts?" The Secretary asks.
"Not anymore." Rhodey says as Steve and the others walk into the room.
"Mr. Secretary." Steve says.
"You got some nerve." The Secretary says, "I'll give you that."
"You could use some of that right now." Natasha says.
"The world's on fire. And you think all is forgiven?" The Secretary asks.
"I'm not looking for forgiveness. And I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender. So we're here to fight. And if you wanna stand in our way... we'll fight you too." Steve says.
"Arrest them." The Secretary says.
"All over it." Rhodey says before he hangs up on the Secretary, "That's a court-martial." Rhodey smiles at Steve.
"It's great to see you, Cap." Rhodey says.
"You two, Rhodey." Steve says.
"Hey Uncle Rhodey." Daniel says.
