[The Following Day]
"Peter, what was with hanging up on me?" Kelly asks as she showed up to walk with him to school which surprises him.
"Ned found out." Peter says and Kelly's mouth drops open.
"Uh, is that a good thing?" Kelly asks.
"Well, is it?" Peter asks.
"I guess it's fine. But he can't know about me." Kelly says.
"Alright, alright." Peter says before he smiles at her. Her cheeks turn red and she giggles. Ned joins them and he looks at Kelly.
"Hello, there." Ned says.
"Good morning, Ned." Kelly says.
"No car this morning?" Ned asks.
"Nope, I thought I'd walk to school." Kelly says, "Dad's building me a small place that fully automated by Friday so I can go to this school."
"Oh, cool." Ned says, "So? You said you were going to tell me. Wait... does she...?"
"Yes, I know." Kelly says.
"She's... actually a big fan." Peter says.
"Are you two dating?" Ned asks.
"No!" Kelly says while Peter shakes his head. Kelly's cheeks turn bright red and she gulps. Peter begins explaining.
"You got bit by a spider? Can it bite me?" Ned asks, "I'm pretty sure that would hurt right? You know what? Whatever. Even if it did hurt. I'll let it bite me. Maybe. How much did it hurt?"
"The Spider is dead, Ned." Peter says and they walk towards the sandwich shop. Kelly looks down sadly as she was the one who was responsible. With her allowance that Tony gives her, she made a donation anonymously to the owner.
"Whoa... you were here? Who was that other hero with you? She's been seen with the Avenge... You dirty liar." Ned says as he looks at Kelly.
"Huh?" Kelly asks.
"You're the girl." Ned says.
"I am not Legacy." Kelly says and Ned looks at her, "Okay, so maybe I am? So what?" Kelly pulls up her hood to hide from the crowd gathered.
"You two could have died. How'd you survive that blast?" Ned asks.
"I... I'm really strong." Kelly says as she giggles.
"About just as strong as me." Peter says, "And she can fly."
"You can fly? Wow." Ned says, "Do you lay eggs?"
"WHAT? No!" Peter asks shocked by the question. Kelly places her hand against her mouth as she starts giggling.
[Later]
Throughout the day, Ned questions the two of them. It was mainly him questioning Peter though.
"Can you spit venom?" Ned asks.
"No." Peter whispers.
"Can you summon an army of spiders?" Ned asks.
"No, Ned." Peter says.
"What about you, Kelly, you can fly, and you've got super strength. Is your skin like diamond?" Ned asks.
"Uh, well, I have been stabbed by Ultron." Kelly says, "But that was because he snuck up on me and I wasn't in my suit."
