We have had two attempted burglaries over the last three nights. The culprits are Lucifer's men, sent to make sure Cassiel has not returned back to the house. I know that we cannot technically be harmed by these demons, but poor Mrs. Zanderfield and the other housekeeping staff most certainly can.
I cannot call the authorities when we are attacked for I could never begin to even describe the complexity that is this tale. And so, although I hate to ask it of you, I request that you return home. Cassiel is situated on holy ground and thus cannot be touched by Lucifer; perhaps it might be best if you spent your evenings at Lily House with Uriel and myself? Having you in the house might put some of our human staff at ease. They have begun to ask questions.
At least consider it.
