Chapter 7: CAN’T STOP CUS WE SO HIGH

Ashton’s POV

That Friday after school, I was ecstatic. I had Luke by my side as we went up the stairs to Perrie’s house. I turned to Luke, and couldn’t help but notice how calm he looked. I myself was a nervous wreck. My palms were sweaty, and all of the bad possibilities ran through my head.

“You’ll be fine.” A soft voice soothed me. Luke smiled down at me. “They’re going to love you.” I nodded shakily. Reaching a shaky hand up, I knocked on the door. After a second, a very bubbly Perrie, and a darker skinned guy with her.

“Hey!” Perrie greeted. Her blonde hair was slightly curled, and she had on only a small bit of make-up on, showing her natural beauty. She wore a blue halter top, and pale blue jean shorts. “Zayn,” she turned to the guy beside her. “These are the guys I was telling you about. This is Ashton and this is Luke.” The guy smiled.

“Nice to meet you two.” He said with a rocky, yet velvety voice. Zayn had tan skin, covered in tons of tattoos. His entire right arm had a sleeve of tat’s, and even part of his left hand. He had dark hair that slightly resembled Luke’s. His chiseled jaw and prominent features made him look- not in a creepy way- sexy as hell. “C’mon in!” Zayn spoke with excitement.

“Who’s there?” a voice with a very strange accent called. “Is it the food!?” Perrie and Zayn laughed, before waving us in.

“No pizza yet, Ni.” Perrie said as we went down a hall way. “People!” We entered into a massive room, with the furnishings for a mansion. A massive flat screen was on one wall, while what looked like very pricey art was decorated throughout. Seven people were gathered in the sitting area off to the right.

“Luke and Ashton!” Jade squealed happily. She got up from her spot by a blonde boy, and came over and hugged us. When she pulled away, she gave us the biggest smile I’ve ever seen from a person. Jade’s hair was down, and had what seemed like streaks of blue in the ends. Jade was dressed very casually, sweatpants and a Mickey mouse sweater, and no make-up.

“Hey Jade!” Luke and I said together.

“How are you?” I asked, trying to be sort of social.

“I’m grand. And you two?” her smile was genuine.

“We’re great. Can you introduce us all?” Luke answered  and asked.

“Course!” Perrie and Jade said simultaneously. Perrie pointed to the blonde eyeing Luke and I.

“This is Niall.” Perrie introduced. Niall smiled at us, his aqua eyes glimmering. As I inspected him more, I noticed blonde hair turned brown at the roots. He looked down right adorable, but at the same time, lye looked as if he would make sure somebody wouldn’t walk the next day.
