"ALL OF YOU! SHUT UP!" Lisa shouted with a tough voice, her outburst made her stamp both of her hands on the table.
Causing the men in front of her to shut up. The blonde was trying to get their attention but they're too busy with their unnecessary fight.
"It's your fault." Jungkook half whispered to Taehyung bumping his shoulder by his own.
"And why? You were the one who started it. You ate my japchae!" Taehyung shouted so close that flecks of spit hit the guy's face.
Lisa facepalmed so hard she nearly felt it in her soul. Men? Please. These were just overgrown kids having a dramatic catfight.
"All I want is a taste," Jungkook argued, digging his heels in. "Don't be so selfish!"
"Enough! Shut up, you two!" Lisa snarled, pointing to the two of them.
Both guys immediately lowered their heads down and stopped bickering.
"Now listen carefully," Lisa growled, practically vibrating with anger. "Which one of you idiots had the guts to lose my katana?!"
She glared at them one by one, her eyes sharp enough to kill, standing at the edge of the table with a face that screamed, "Someone is not surviving this."
A devilish aura poured off her like bad vibes. Jungkook and Taehyung were visibly terrified, while the rest looked ready to pass out and meet their ancestors.
Several painful minutes went by. Still, no one dared to speak. The silence was basically fuel on the fire.
"Wow. Still quiet?" Lisa snapped. "Amazing. Truly impressive."
She calmly pulled out the kunai attached to her leg—and suddenly everyone found religion.
'Holy son of a cow... here she comes. Please, God, let me see the sun again. I still want to live. I still have dreams.' J-Hope screamed internally as he stared at Lisa like he was already writing his will.
Before Lisa could throw anything—or even breathe too deeply—they decided silence was a terrible life choice.
They all shouted at once, like speaking a second later would end them.
Which was... partly true.
"IT'S JUNGKOOK!"
"NO, JIMIN!"
"TAEHYUNG!"
"SUGA!"
"J-HOPE!"
"RM!"
"SEOKJIN!"
The shouting exploded all at once, fingers flying in every direction like a chaotic blame tornado.
Lisa stared at them. She blinked.
Once. Slowly.
Twice. Painfully.
"Wow," she said flatly. "Amazing teamwork. Truly inspiring."
She pinched the bridge of her nose and facepalmed—for the ninth time that day. Maybe tenth. She'd lost count.
"So let me get this straight," Lisa continued, her voice dripping with sarcasm. "None of you lost my katana... yet all of you did. Incredible. I should frame this moment."
They froze.
Lisa glanced at the accusing fingers still pointed at one another and closed her eyes.
"Please," she muttered, "remind me why I left my bed for this. I could be anywhere else. Literally anywhere. Chasing danger. Fighting enemies. Not babysitting a bunch of panicking toddlers."
She looked up, forcing a tight smile.
"Now," she added sweetly, "who wants to try again—this time using honesty, logic, or at the very least... one shared brain cell?"
