After Cyrus calmly responded to my statement he made a motion opening his menu, he made a few motions several times before standing up and walking over to me. When I realized what happened I was on the ground, pain radiating through my jaw.
"What is wrong with you Tsubasa!?" Cyrus grabbed me by my shirt and pulled me in close, "what's going on in that head of yours, that girl was head over heels for you, and you just left her!? I knew you had issues, but I didn't think you were such a spineless coward," he said quietly, yet fiercely.
I looked at him in the eye, "I know," I replied.
Once more Cyrus hit me in the jaw. He let me go and left disappearing into the back room.
I stayed on the floor unwilling to move. My eyes focused on the ceiling. Letting the pain fester.
I did deserve it.
"Seriously Tsubasa, how dumb can you be," Leilianna looked at me and sighed.
I laid on the floor mulling over everything. How could I not deserve that, I had betrayed the one person I had grown attached to.
Yet still I'm weak, a coward undeserving of her feelings.
Nor my own.
One day, maybe I can gather the courage.
Though I doubt she'll forgive me.
But if I were her, I wouldn't.
A few minutes later Cyrus came from the back room.
"Alright Tsubasa, what do you want?" Cyrus said sitting at the counter, staring daggers at me.
I sat up, "I need information."
"Where to find Xuelian?" he retorted.
"No, but I am looking for someone," I said looking down.
Cyrus clicked his tongue, "...fine, but I'm charging five times the usual. That is until you find her. And apologize."
"That's fine," I replied calmly.
Cyrus's eye twitched, when I said that.
"So, who you are looking for?" he asked in a low grunt.
"A «Pk'er». I don't know his name, but I'm sure you've heard the rumors. They use a strange melee weapon?" I replied.
"Yeah, I know. The «PK'er» everyone has been calling the 'Hand of Death'," Cyrus replied.
"...Yeah" I said clenching my teeth.
"Why are you looking for him?" Leiliana asked.
"I'm gonna kill him," I said calmly.
