"So then how far are you two into this event. Have you beaten the second event boss yet?"
"No, not quite," Suna said her voice seemed small and she seemed quite embarrassed.
I looked over at Mani. He seemed to be looking away as if he was embarrassed as well. Then I noticed it, or rather I noticed what was not there. Then it clicked.
"Have you two beaten the first event boss yet?" I asked plainly.
"No we haven't," she said quietly.
"I see," I said sitting back in my chair.
Neither one of them had their «Sprites.» Looking at the two of them they had both sunk down in their chairs, their eyes cast down. I can't believe I didn't notice it.
This was gonna be an interesting little conundrum.
"Do either of you know where the boss is or have even gone there at all?"
"We know where the boss is; we've read the guides, but we haven't even come close to getting near the boss," Suna replied solemnly.
"I see."
