It was Aunt Em, she was on TV. So was Amelia and her Mom, Sophie. They were sat down in three plastic chairs, each had one or two tissues in their hands, they were surrounded by microphones and you could see an hear the flashes of cameras.
Amelia sat in the middle chair, sobbing into her hands with her elbows leaning on her knees. Her mother sat to her left rubbing her back to comfort her while dabbing at her own eyes with a tissue.
Aunt Em was sitting to the right of Amelia, she was shaking, sobbing. Hysterical even. My heart broke at the sight. A microphone was right in front of her and she leant forward to speak into it.
"My niece, Jessica Carter, went m-missing yesterday evening. I'm her legal Guardian. She was last seen at the Zesty Juice Bar. She has brown hair, brown eyes, petite build, about 5 foot 5. P-please, if you've seen her or think you have, call the police right away. Or-or if she's watching, Jessica if you're watching please come home, we're broken hearted without you. If she was taken, whoever took her, if-if you are watching, please bring my Jessica home, she belongs with me, p-please. If you don't, I don't know what I'll do, I'll never be able to forgive myself. It's all my fault." I watched as Aunt Em finally broke down and sobbed. Amelia took the microphone into her own hands and stood up from her seat.
"My bestfriend meant the world to me, and I don't think she ran away like you all think she did. In fact I know she didn't run away. She was ta-"
The screen went black. What? I needed to hear her finish! More importantly I needed to get back home! I need to make more of an effort this time. I don't care how long it takes, I'm getting out of here. I'll make sure of it. Even if it kills me, literally.
Harry stood to the right of the TV with the plug in his hand. That little good for nothing unplugged the god damn TV. What happened to make yourself at home?
"I was watching that." I stated, annoyed, as I stood up from the couch.
Harry looked beyond pissed off but I didn't care, not right now. I was the one who deserved to be pissed off here, not him.
"No you weren't." Harry said in a warning tone, signalling for me to drop it.
"Plug. It. Back. In." I said through gritted teeth, folding my arms across my chest.
Harry didn't move an inch. The plug still in his hand. He raised an eyebrow as if to question my sudden fit of rage. But I didn't care I had every right to be annoyed.
"Now." I concluded. Holding my ground.
"Found our voice now, have we?" Harry asked, walking over to me. Letting the plug drop to the floor. He kept walking until he stood right in front of me, our feet touching. He gazed down at me intensely, he was extremely intimidating.
I didn't reply. I just starred back, narrowing my eyes. He gave a chuckle. This nearly sent me over the edge of my anger, but I didn't get the chance due to the fact Harry suddenly slung me over his shoulder. My eyes were met with his back and I felt his arm wrapped around my thighs. I balled my fists and continuously pounded his back, telling him to put me down.
He carried me upstairs and back into 'my' room. He threw me on the bed and went straight to the drawers. He rummaged around until he brought out something shiny, I couldn't tell what it was. I was a bit disorientated because threw me on the bed, he could've gently laid me down, but no.
Next thing I knew I was cuffed to the bed.
"Next time you'll think twice before you act out like that again." He spat.
I was frightened, really frightened. And I wasn't ashamed to admit it. Harry was terrifying. He had me cuffed to the bed. I was very vulnerable and didn't like it. Not one bit.
This time he was ensuring I didn't try to escape again.
