Jessica's POV >>

Harry got back into the car after saying goodbye to Liam. He threw something that sounded like a bundle of papers onto the backseat of the car. Harry started the car and drove smoothly, but quickly.

"Do you know how to swim?" Harry asked me.

"Ehh, yeah I do." I answered, confused by his very random question. Although I should know by now that Harry is an 'unexpected' person, you can never guess what he'll say next.

"Good." He answered back. "I think you'll like it out here." He told me, sounding excited, I could practically hear his smile.

I smiled to myself and rested my head on the window beside me.

"Tired?" He asked me.

I nodded my head and felt myself drifting off.

"Get some sleep Jess, we'll be there soon." He said soothingly.

I allowed myself to fall into an unconscious state - a deep sleep.

"Where are you going?" I asked quietly not looking at either of them. Trying to appear unbothered about their sudden departure.

"We're going out for dinner. I'll talk to you we get back." My father yelled from the corridor. And with that the front door slammed shut.

I stalked upstairs to my room and left my plate on the table. My dinner unfinished. Cici would get it for me I'm sure.

I climbed into my bed and continued to read my book. Jayne Eyre. One of my favourites.

I jolted awake. Harsh knocks sounding from my bedroom door. I must've fallen asleep while reading.

"Miss Jessica, Miss Jessica!" The Spanish accent called from outside my room.

Cici? What did she want? She sounded frantic.

I got up quickly and opened my door.

"Cici? What's wrong?" I asked, concerned. She was crying.

"Miss Jessica, it's your parents. They're they're -" Cici sobbed

"What? What's happened?" I cried, my heart beating so harsh I felt like it would burst through my chest. My stomach feeling like an abyss of worry, that sick feeling you get when you're suddenly hit in the face with immense fear.

"They've been killed Miss Jessica." Cici wailed, unable to control her sobbing.

I fell to the floor, my eyes wide open, I fell into a state of shock.

Shock. That's the perfect word.

I didn't cry. I didn't sob. Not one tear had escaped my eyes.

But I didn't move, I felt paralysed. Trapped in my own body. My breathing shallow. My eyes didn't move, they stayed fixed in the same position. I felt dead, but I knew I was still alive.

"Jessica. We're here, wake up." Harry pleaded as he gently shook my shoulders. He lifted the blindfold from my eyes. I opened them to see Harry's face, full of concern. I felt the tears in my eyes but none had fallen.

"Shhhhhh, don't cry baby." Harry cooed as he took my face into both of his hands and gently kissed my forehead. "Want to see something amazing?" He asked, a smile blossoming on his lips. I nodded my head and softly smiled back.

"Okay hold on." He told me, he started to get giddy and he quickly got out of the car.

I looked around. We were in some sort of a driveway, there were large trees to my right and to my left, a crystal clear lake. I smiled to myself, now I understood why he asked if I could swim. He opened my door. I unbuckled my seatbelt and before I could step out of the car Harry grabbed my waist and lifted me out, causing me to quietly giggle. He put the blindfold back into his pocket. And instead he placed his hands over my eyes. Encouraging my giggles to continue.

"Do you trust me baby?" He whispered into my ear. I stopped my giggles and the atmosphere changed. It wasn't a serious atmosphere, it was more - a seductive one.

I slowly nodded my head.

"Walk with me then." He told me, in the same whisper as before.

I was confused at first but soon realised what he meant. Harry walked behind me, his hands still over my eyes. I was walking to wherever he led me, he guided me by softly pressing his body against mine. His front to my back. We didn't walk far, only a few steps.

He lifted his hands from my eyes. I opened them and my heart leapt at the sight. There was a beautiful lake house, made of wood. It looked homely, sweet and - romantic. It overlooked a gorgeously clear lake. The lake itself was surrounded by trees, a forest green colour - to match Harry's eyes. The sun was setting, it's reflection in the water was breathtaking.

I turned around to Harry. He was staring at the view. I placed both my hands on his chest, which made his eyes flicker down to me. He lifted me up by my waist. I wrapped my legs around him and placed my hands behind his neck. Our faces were level now, and I stared into his eyes. His eyes. They became darker the more he stared at my lips. Without warning he pressed his soft lips against mine. He swiped his tongue across my bottom lip, asking for entrance, which I granted. His tongue worked well with mine and explored my mouth.

Suddenly, he pulled away and whispered;

"Let's go swimming."
