Liam inhaled deeply before letting out a long shaky breathe.

"It was me." He said, his eyes still closed.

"What?" I asked, not sure to what he was admitting to.

"I was driving." He stated.

I looked at Liam totally lost and confused. What was he talking about? He studied my facial expression and turned to face me. He took my hands in his.

"Jessica, I was driving the car that night. The night Harry took you. Harry told me about you and I agreed. I had to. He had his heart set on you and he wouldn't take no for an answer. Please don't hate me. I know you're probably going to blame me for you being here but it's better for you this way." He ensured.

I started at him totally shocked. My heart skipped a beat, I swear it. I felt guilty for not caring about Liam driving, but my full attention was held by the words spoken about Harry 'he had his heart set on you and wouldn't take no for an answer.'

"It's okay Liam, I'm not mad." It was true, I wasn't mad at Liam. He was genuinely sorry, I knew that for sure. I could see it in his eyes.

"I'm not supposed to tell you anything. The less you know, the better." He told me, pulling his hands from mine.

I didn't say anything. I knew Harry wanted to keep me oblivious or in his words 'protect me'.

Liam shifted from beside me were he was sitting and pulled out a wallet from his back pocket.

He slipped out a little card from the wallet and placed the card in my hands.

"Listen my number is on this card, I know the way Harry can get. If he scares you or does anything he shouldn't, call me. Or if there's anything you need, just call me okay?" Liam insisted. I nodded slowly. My gaze caught on to a small picture in Liam's wallet.

"Who's that?" I questioned quietly while pointing at the beautiful girl in the picture.

She had the most beautiful auburn red luscious hair. Her skin was porcelain, flawless. Freckles lay on the apples of her cheeks and ran along her nose. She had soft pink, full lips and a modest smile. She had swamp green eyes and long black lashes. She was stunning.

"That's Savannah." Liam whispered, smiling at the picture.

Savannah? Maybe he was mistaken because there was no way the beautiful girl in the picture was the same blondie that walked in to that dining room no less than an hour ago.

"You mean that." I pointed at the picture. "Is that." I pointed at the dining room door.

"Yeah I know, drastic change huh?" Liam said quietly. "I don't even care about her looks, what's really irritating me is that her personality is changing too." Liam whispered.

"How so?" I asked.

"She used to be this sweet, kind, caring girl. But she's changing. She's trying to fit in with Brooke, Tammy and Ashlyn. Basically, she's turning into a snobby stuck up bitch." Liam explained.

I listened intently and my mind ticked. I looked at the number in my hand and then looked at Liam staring at the picture in his wallet.

"Liam." I began. "I'll make you a deal. You promise to be my source of information and answer any questions I have about my current situation." Liam opened his mouth to talk but I held my hand up, silencing him before he had the chance to cut in. "And in return. I'll get the old Savannah back for you." I said looking at the picture.

It was obvious Liam deeply cared for her and I did feel bad for using that against him but I needed answers, quickly.

Liam contemplated it for a few moments before turning to me, holding out his hand.

"Deal." He announced.

I took his hand and gave it one firm shake.

"Pleasure doing business with you pal." I said with excitement and a wink.

The dining room door swung open, hard. Harry stood in the door way, viscously starring at our locked handshake.

He was breathing heavily, his face was red and he did not look happy at all.

Fuck.
