"Right in here. Come on hurry!" I whisper shout. "It's okay. We'll be safe in here."

"Are you sure?" Lindsey questions.

"Positive." I reply.

"Malory, sweetheart, are you okay?"

"Yeah"

"Where are we?" Lindsey asked.

"We're in that abandoned house on Rose Lane."

"You... You mean old Mr. Jenkins's house?? Like THE Mr. Jenkins who absolutely hated 99.9% of kids except little Sally? Jesse I'm not sure about this. "

"Yeaaah. Don't worry though, we'll be fine here." I tried to reassure her.

"How do you know? Jesse maybe we should just stay somewhere else..."

"It's okay. It's too dark to find somewhere else plus it's pouring. Trust me, it's safe I've stayed here before.."

"Ok, if you're sure."

"LINDSEY!" Screamed a scared Malory. Like most kids, Malory is terrified of storms and our location wasn't exactly helping either.

"Ssshhh ssshh it's okay." Lindsey said calmly, laying with Malory.

"Hey Get some sleep. I'll watch out just to be safe. Mkay?"

Night fell and Lindsey and Malory soon fell asleep. I kept lookout like I promised. All seemed a-okay to me. I got bored pretty quickly like I normally do. I decided I'd read to pass time. I'm currently reading a book about Wizards. I'm on the last book in the series. They're my favorite books! Around midnight I was getting tired but I wasn't really worried about falling asleep, I always stay up late. After reading for a while I decided to write in my journal. I wrote about everything since I decided to run away.

I plan on having us leave bright and early tomorrow morning. Continue walking. I'm still not really sure where to but I think we just need to get farther away. I'll wake the girls up a little after sunrise tomorrow morning and we'll walk most of the day. Well we'll see how it goes.
