2078, a year has passed. 6 mon...
"Nine, who is this??" I asked the purple haired man next to me. But he suddenly stood up.
"One sec." he said and walked towards the door. I thought he was leaving but I saw him clicking on the door panel's options and tapping on "LOCKED". He just locked the door and I dunno why. Was this file so important no one was allowed to enter while we discussed it?
"Seven, could you connect the tablet to the Holographic System of the table? I'll dim the lights."
Still confused, I just followed his kind request. I connected the tablet to the table, like a Bluetooth, and a 3D hologram of the recent file was shown in glowing blue lights.
Nine came back to sit beside me. He swiped in the air, hence moving the file and the picture. I stared at the image of the girl. Why does her face look familiar??? I mean it!
"This here......" Nine sighs, almost as if he doesn't want to continue.
"What?..." I asked softly. He smiled at me and I waited.
With a deep breathe he finally spoke, "....This file... is every last thing PHASe knew of Operative One."
I gasped at the name. "Wait... you mean our teammate?? As in... 'One'??" My eyes were probably gonna fall from their sockets.
Nine nods slowly. "Yes. That's her." I stared back at the holographic image.
'But.......Why does it seem like.... I know her???'

"Do you know her?"
Nine had a suspicious look on his face. I didn't know what to answer.
"I... don't know...." Nine remained silent. "...She..... Looks familiar...... but at the same time it's like I'm seeing a new person." Nine nods. A faint smile appearing on his lips. "....Me too..." What?
"......Operative One..... We all thought she died along with every other Wraith during Project Angmar.... That damned project only Four was able to survive through..." I don't know if it was anger or sadness that was being hidden in Nine's words but both seemed evident.
"So she was a Wraith too?"
"Yes...
.....After the bodies were thrown and burned.... We thought One was with them. Burned and long gone into ashes......." Nine looked up, lost in the memory.
"Then what's all this?.... I mean, why are you showing me this, when she's........ dead."
Nine looked at me. His eyes were clouded with an unknown thought.
