AUTHOR'S POV

     "Phantom Alpha this is your pilot, Andrew, speaking. We've currently just entered the outskirts of Nefarion. In about 5 kilometers, the plane will be within the city itself.... We're now activating the plane's camouflage mode... We'll inform you once we land on a safe distance from the city. I suggest you guys prepare your things so we can speed up exiting the plane."

     Nine nodded to himself as his eyes drifted away from the speaker that hung above the corner of the conference room. He was currently seated with Three and Six as they discussed the final decision of their temporary homes in Nefarion.

     "Should I get going now? I've done my part.." Three says, gesturing to leave the room. Nine only nods in silence and let the elder male go. As Three exited the room, Six watched him leave. Once he was out of sight, he shifted to their leader who was obviously zoning out, deep in thought.

     His eyes, however, were glued to the tablet Three had left for them on the table. Six followed his gaze and scanned it though it was upside down from his line of sight.

"Nine?.... You're offly silent." Says Six.

Nine takes a few moments before speaking.

".....Is 'he' here?" He questions. "Like... You're certain, Six... That 'he's' alive and is living within Nefarion this whole time??" Nine faces the Specter who had his eyebrows slightly furrowed as he recalled whom his leader was talking about.

_flashback from the chapter 'Tomorrow'_

     "Need something Six?" Nine asks as he takes his seat. "We need to discuss about a 'guy'..." Nine's eyebrow rose in curiosity. "What guy?" Six straightens himself in his seat. "A 'guy' from within Nefarion.... I guess you can say 'he's'.....

An old friend."

_flashback end_

     "Ah..." Six inhales deeply and sits straight. "Nine, let's be honest here...... She's alive! Just like One and Two!"

".....How are there suddenly more people showing up out of nowhere!?" Nine says and ruffles his now purple and golden hair.

Six leans forward in an attempt to clear his words, "Nine-", but was cut off.

"Phantom Alpha, this is your co-pilot, Adrian. We've just entered Nefarion's outskirts. The plane will be landing soon, please prepare."

Six nods to himself after hearing the announcement. Nine was still lost in his own thoughts. Six reached forward to him once more.

"Nine.... I'm serious." Six says.

"Six that's... insane!" Nine on the other hand, doubted the Specter.

"I mean it! Do I look like I'm lying!? Nine more of our comrades are alive not like we thought that they were dead. I mean, isn't that great!?" Six insisted but Nine didn't seem to believe him at all.

Nine presses his fingers on his eyes, ".....It's just....! How!? We saw her being killed with the very hands of KAIROS!!" He yells out and falls back on his chair.

"Nine..... Trust me, I saw her files, hidden away with the old files of past operatives.... She's alive and never died...... and she's still the Wraith she was before, until now!"

Nine looked up at his comrade.

His expression darkens as he stands and yells, "Six please!.... Finding out One and Two are alive is crazy enough for me! You can't suddenly tell me even Four hyung's sister is alive as well!!"
