Lamia's POV
It was already 2:45 and still I haven't had my fair share of rest unlike Mr. Lucious over here. His breathing is very relaxed unlike mine. He still had his arms wrapped around my waist and his head nuzzling my neck.
"Lamia... stop wiggling like a worm and stay put..." he mumbled sleepily. I chortled as his thick eyebrown met; he is so adorable when annoyed.
"Just sleep Lucius.."
I slipped out of his grasp like the awesome ninja I am and snuck out of his mansion and went straight to the lake just a few meters away from his home. The view was extraordinary and circling it were eerie-looking trees, and animals which eyes glowed in the dark, nevertheless, I loved it. I love how the forest appeared so mysterious--so haunting. The moon gave of a wonderful radiance as it hit the prism-like lake water. Cold early morning breeze began blowing from the horizon as I saw the most beautiful woman that I have ever seen; she had Long brown hair that reaches up to her waist, she was tall and curvacious and her eyes were as golden as Lucius. Her prescence makes me feel at home-- like how Lucius makes me feel when I am with him.
" Good evening, Lady Derano.. I am Rebecca, Prince Lucius' sister and your Lady-in-waiting. I am very pleased to be of your aquaintance." She gave ma a warm friendly smile... a smile that could melt a thousand hearts; but there I couldn't believe in what she had said earlier... Prince Lucius?
"There must be a misunderstanding Rebecca... Lucius is my professor he couldn't be a prince... even though he has the looks of one."
she snorted.
"Aw come on Lamia, my brother is ugly... have you seen him when he is angry? he looks like a troll!"
This time we both laughed, at least the conversation broke the formalities between us. She glided towardss me and within mere seconds, she was holding my hands...
"Did my brother tell you about him?"
"What about him?"
"His real self... you know, he just came here to your world to find his mate... and now he is finally successful!"
"What do you mean he has found his mate?"
Fear was now visible in her eyes, she stared blankly at the space behind me, her eyes wide open. She suddenly became pale and stepped backwards an bowed.
"Brother... "
The moment I turned to see the thing that frightened Bex... I was surprised to see Lucius with a displeased look on his picture perfect face.
"Rebecca...."
I glared furiously at Lucius as he gave me an apologetic smile. I rolled my eyes as he held my hand, but I jerked it away from him.
"What are you? BOTH OF YOU!"
He heaved a problematic sigh as he lowered his head, letting some locks of his hair fall on his face. Oh how I wanted to sweep those damned strands of hair away from his angelic face..
"This is not a convenient place to talk about such sensitive matters."
"Lead the way, Lucius" Bex chained our arms together as she whispered to me with a shrewd expression. I squirmed, man, this girl is tricky.
"You know Mia..." Bex whispered "My brother never smiled, not once... he was void of any emotions... but he has changed for the sake of your well being"
"he smiled when I met him, he smiled when he taught History and Algebra... he smiled... w-when h-he's with... me."
"See? I told you!"
