Ellie was currently sat in the park talking with Brent, its been almost an hour since they've been there and Ellie couldn't help but laugh all the time, Brent was a funny guy and a really cool guy to hang with and she wondered why she hadn't seen that earlier.
The truth was that he was cool, he made her laugh, he could put a smile on her face but he couldn't make her feel the way Stacie did.
Ugh why was she suddenly thinking about Stacie now? She really just wanted to forget and move on and for things to go back to the way it was between Stacie and her no tension no awkwardness just two girls who dearly love and care for each other like sisters.

And without thinking she dragged Brent closer to her and kissed him with the words running in her head.
