Chapter 14

Annabeths p.o.v

It was about 12 am and I still couldn't sleep. I kinda missed Percy tho. Knowing him he's probably awake. I snuck out of my bed and tip toed past the bunks. I quietly closed the door and headed outside. I walked all the way to Percy's cabin. I lightly knocked on the door. He opened the door looked at me then turned back around and laid in his bed. I walked in and closed the door behind me. "What are you doing here?" Percy asked. "I missed you"I told him. Percy moved the blanket on the other side of the bed up and patted the mattress, gesturing for me to lie down. I climbed under the covers snuggled up to Percy's chest. He kissed the top of my forehead. And we both feel asleep.
   My eyes fluttered open as I came to. I looked at Percy and smiled. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a figure dash from one side of the room to another. I didn't have my dagger with me. I shook Percy. "Percy wake up" I whispered. "Ok annabeth, I love you, but you have to let me sleep "he said snuggling into my neck. "Percy someone's in here with us" I said. His eyes shot open he looked around the room becoming more alert. He noticed the figure. He slowly tried to make his way out of the bed. "Annabeth stay here" he told me. He dashed quietly to his dresser and grabbed riptide. Then he came back to me and stood over me protectively. The figure dashed once more. Then again. I didn't realize what had happened because all of a sudden Percy was standing with the tip of his sword to the intruders throat. The figure walked into the light we saw his face. "Tyson!" Percy shouted. He dropped his sword and bear hugged him. "Man I have missed you so much."he said. "Percy was about to kill you, how did you even get in here?" I said. "I have my ways" he said. "Dude I have to get you to Chiron he has to know your here"Percy said. "Ok" Tyson said. They walked out of the cabin., I swear I heard Tyson say to Percy "you and annabeth are so cute"
