He swam over and grabbed a beautiful but intimidating blackwood bow. The bow's limbs were curved at the ends, but metal blades were mounted in a way that the bow could still bend. The grayish silver blades were long and jutted into three points along the edge, giving it that intimidating look. The grip curved back towards the string leaving a space for the hand, while two outer-curved blades protected the fingers. Kylin pulled at the string showing how the bow moved, but then he smiled, before putting his hands at the middle of the grip and twisted. Much like Talon's scythe, the bow could be split in two, creating two curved swords. This bow was the epitome of long and short range.

Alto's eyes shimmered with excitement and Kylin only smiled at his reaction. "This will do nicely don't you think?" He asked. Alto could nod his head furiously. Kylin connected the two ends and handed the bow to the shark. "There's one more thing that I think you'll need." Kylin held up one finger before looking at a table full of different style daggers and knives.

He picked up a cylindrical tube with a jet black dagger hilt sticking out of the top. Kylin smiled again and looked into Alto's eyes as he unsheathed the blade. It was unlike any other dagger I had ever seen before, and it was just as wicked looking as the bow. It looked as if someone took a pyramid and elongated the edges before twisting them in a spiral. The spaces between these silver 'edges' were as jet black as the sheath.

"This is called a Jagdkommando Knife and can kill anyone in minutes via blood loss. It's illegal to use in human wars because of how dangerous it is. This will act as a secondary weapon if someone is too close for the swords." The kelpie explained sheathing the blade before throwing it to Alto. My friend only giggled like a little girl. "Let's get to work shall we?"

The three of us nodded so Kylin started. "Since you, two lads al'eady know how to use your weapons, your job'll be easy." With a snap of his fingers, ten figures made of seaweed rose from the ground each. When they formed their bodies, the seaweed changed into porcelain-like skin, like moving dummies. He stuck up his pointer for us to wait before turning to Alto. "You, however, need work. You can come with me." He turned back to us. "You need to work together to fight the dummies. Have fun!" He snapped again and the dummies began to move. Talon and I nodded to each other, we were ready.

A dummy with a sword charged first, swinging its sword over his head and bringing it down on Talon. Tal grunted blocking with the wooden middle and countered, swinging the blade cutting the dummy in half.

"Warning these things are strong bro, don't underestimate them." Talon called to me, but I was already countering another sword dummy with a khopesh. Talon was right though, the dummy was really strong, almost forcing me to the ground. This was one of my first real fights but it was almost fun. Once I had the dummy unbalanced from my block, it was easy to cut him in half with the axe side of the halberd. A dummy with a chain moved behind Talon, trying to wrap the chain around his neck, but I turned and stabbed it in the chest with the long spike.

"Thanks bro, duck." I did as he said and his scythe blade flew into the side of another dummy behind me.

"Right back at cha!" I smiled. The two of us almost danced as we blocked, dodged and attacked against the seaweed dummies. However, as we cut down one, two more would appear, soon we were breathing hard, and stumbling in our dance. All of a sudden there was a sound and then all of the dummies were down all at once, arrows sticking out of their heads. We both looked over to see Alto smiling, his hands in a position that showed that he fired those arrows. Our jaws dropped.

"Kylin here says I'm a natural and a fast learner." Talon and I looked at each other and smiled back at our third.

"Good job bro." Tal said patting him on the shoulder, I agreed mirroring the action.

"You three did very well. Time for lunch don't cha think?" Kylin smiled, his dagger-like teeth shimmering. We all nodded and laughed as a large grumble came from Alto.

"What I'm a shark we need food!" He laughed.

Hey, it's me again. I wanted to add pictures of the weapons since I didn't know if my ideas would translate well in my writing. I want to give a special thanks to http://rollforfantasy.com/tools/weapon-creator.php   which helped a bunch with giving a good visual of these weapons. I try to draw my characters and details like weapons to help me write them as visually as possible.  Here are Talon's and Frost's weapons as well...   If you like me to add pics let me know!!!
