My friends and I waved the sea goddess off, as she swam out of the cavern, off in search for her child. Talon, Alto and I headed back to my room for a partner conference. We sat at the round glass table in my room.
"So what now?" Alto questioned.
"I don't know. I need to head back home after all a prince shouldn't be gone for too long." Talon leaned back in the silver chair, his fingers interlocking behind his head.
"That's true. I need to speak with Lady Silinia before I continue with my plan." I smirked, closing my eyes and mirrored Talon's actions.
"What plan? You haven't told us anything." Alto whined.
"Sorry, I was going to tell you after I received something from Leviathan." My brothers exchanged a look before looking at me, puzzled. I smiled before explaining my plan. They both smiled at my plan, especially Alto.
"That doesn't explain what you need to talk to Mom about?" Talon asked.
"Well, I guess you'll see when we get there then." I laughed.
Soon enough, the three of us packed our things and began to leave, but were stopped by a yell. Leora rushed to hug me, burying her head into my chest. I smiled, putting a finger to her chin so I could look into her eyes.
"I'll be back, I promise," I kissed her forehead, and wiped her cheek. "but there's something I need to do first. I love you, Leora." I kissed the top of her head again. She nodded sadly, but let go, and watched as the three of us left the temple. Kylin met us at the exit tunnel.
"I know what you're doin, lad. Good luck." He patted me on the shoulder, smiling, his needle-like teeth shimmering in the dimming light. I nodded to him with a wave and we left.
Jupiter and Venus met up with us and I smiled. They reminded me of when I first woke up in the darkness of the ship. They seemed to smile as I rushed to give them hugs. The two whales were intrigued by the story of what had happened, during our time away. Jupiter was sad about the loss of my hand, at first, but quickly warmed to it. Venus was simply happy that I had met so many friends during my journey, and that I wasn't dead. In exchange, they told us their stories, that they had met Lady Leviathan as she left the cave, but other than that they didn't really 'do anything abnormal', as Venus said.
Soon our group swam over the coral barrier, that symbolized the outskirts of Atlantria's protective barrier. Alto's eyes sparkled with wonder while Talon's sparkled with pride and happiness. Just like at the start of my journey, I swam over the large city with my whale friends, but now I had my brothers at my side as well.
Soon we came up to the castle's main entryway, the guard's eyes widened when they saw their prince and yelled at the other guards. 'The prince is home! Prince Talinian is back!' They all yelled, joyously. Talon pulled a guard off to the side and whispered in his ear. The guard nodded before swimming off quickly. We swam through the gates unhindered and made our way to the main throne room. We were about to enter when we heard an order to stop.
We all stopped in our tracks before turning around. I grinned widely and rushed to pull the crimson general into a friendly hug. Adhira smiled and hugged me back, a smile plastered to her face. "So you're still alive, huh boy? Good, although not in one piece I see, but that's ok." Her voice was as rough as I remembered it, but she was like an older sister, and her voice only comforted me. "Who's the shark?" She motioned to Alto and he bowed.
"He's our third. His name's Alto. Alto this is General Adhira. She trained Talon and me, she's like an awesome big sister." I introduced. She shook his hand with a smile.
