"Bye, and thank you so much for your help." Lucine spontaneously pulls me in for a hug, a little out of her character since contact wasnt really her thing. But I warmly accepted the hug cause I definitely needed one after these past few days.

Santeri and Lena were still hugging eachother and saying small goodbyes while making litte promises to eachother. It makes sense, guardians are never really far from eachother so Lena being away for fifteen years put a little strain on their relationship. Must be nice to have someone you can easily connect with...

Allastir had actually been bearable and stayed true to his apology and didn't snag at me and Lena anymore.

"So untill next time I guess..." He looked to the ground for a little and smiled to himself. He ran a hand through his hair.

"Yeah. Was there something else that you wanted to say?" I place my hand on his shoulder to shake him out of this current state. He somehow was acting a little weird.

"I...just..." He sighs, "Just stay safe. I realize that Earth isn't exactly the best place for you as much as Nebularis, but please?" Aw, is he worried about me?

"I promise I'll be more careful than before. I'm a strong girl!" I flex both my arms showing off my squishy muscles. Allastir reaches out to pinch them.  "Ow!"

"You really are staring to build muscle. I'm impressed. Training scince the last time you came here huh?"

"...You can call it that." I laugh. He laughed along too before reaching out once again to pat my head. Wasn't much trouble for him as he was much taller than I was.

"Take care princess."

We unpacked most of  our things when the doorbell rang.
Okay, don't jump to conclusions and relax. It's probably just Sam again.
I told myself to keep me calm. Obviously, that was not working because my palms were sweaty.

I gripped the knob after wiping my hand on my pants a few times to dry them before opening the door. "Kira?"

My eyes widened. What was he doing back here? "Shane...I thought that..." I put two fingers on the bridge of my nose. "What are you doing here?"

"After the incident I never saw you again and I...nevermind. Sorry to bother you." He turned around and left. What was that all about?

Who am I kidding? I don't know how long I can keep up with this silly charade.

The second I took the moon key from her the look of anger she gave me shattered my heart. I know I'd hate to see her hurt or broken, but I never thought I would be the one to cause it.

For her benefit, I hope my plan works. I just wanted to play a little game of cat and mouse with the moon key, but now I realize I could do much more with that.

If I collect the Sun and Nebularis Key, I could use that to go against Ceria and defeat him myself so she wouldn't get hurt or be hurt anymore.

I just have to play my cards right.

Sunday afternoon. I had already chosen my simple outfit for the party and I was currently getting ready. I decided to let my wavy curls come down for once instead of being in a ponytail all the time. It felt really nice to just brush out my hair and let it do it's own thing once in a while.

I had said my goodbyes and gave a much affectionate belly rub to Aleri, who felt like I wasn't giving her enough attention.

Sam's home was only a fifteen minute walk from my home. It was still on crescent street where I lived. The warm air felt so nice on my skin, the sun shined as bright as it did on our date. Our date...
