A/N: This is a spinoff chapter for Halloween. For this I've aged all characters to 100+.  Please enjoy! 😘 😁

It's been a long time scince I've had any blood on this planet. The humans are always so loud, screaming and yelling, it's too easy to get caught.

I like isolated prey. The females are bitter, so I tend to avoid them unless I'm really hungry. Only males fine them pleasing, I don't know how.

Currently, I'm eyeing a male that's walking alone In an alleyway. It's ridiculous honestly, how they feel like they're being followed; keep looking back and not watching where they are going and end up in a situation like this; Where my teeth are buried in their neck and they are screaming for help only to realize that no one is going to come and save them.

Im almost finished with my meal when a flash of blue and black light comes into vision. A figure emerges out of the portal and stands in front of me.

"Kira." It's the demon king, who for some reason has decided to bother me with whatever he's here to bother me with. Getting up and wiping the blood off my mouth, I bow.

"What could the oh-so-lovely demon king have for me today?" I say sarcastically. He scowled.

"I'll let your rudeness slide for now. The realm is holding a meeting about my wedding plans."

"So? Go to your meeting. I don't need to be there."

"Oh, but you do." He leaned against the brick wall and smiled. He hardly ever smiles. "We are getting married."

A sour taste formed in my mouth, I'm not getting married to the demon king, it's just another joke like he used to play on me when we were little. "Funny with your jokes Vienohn, but if you don't mind, I got a meal to finish here."

Before I bent down to finish my food, he took me by the arm and yanked me away from my prey. "You won't be needing human blood anymore."

"What the heck am I supposed to eat then? Air? Human food?" I looked directly into the topaz eyes that bore into my purple ones.

"You take my blood from now on." He opened a passage way into the realm of demons, taking me with him before I could react.

When we crossed to the other side, Lenaria, one one of the ancient guardians came running to me. She's as old as time itself and for some reason instead of working with the other guardians she keeps harassing me with her antics.

Secretly I do appreciate her presence but she doesn't need to be aware of that. "A wedding! Ohh a wedding, you're going to be so pretty in white and your chocolate skiing is going to be glowing!"

I distanced myself from her. "Lena, quit it--I'm not gettin married, and there will be no pretty white!"

"But the-his majesty said-"

"There will be a wedding and I need my fiancée to come with me for the moment. Thank you." Once again the mint-skinned strongman grabs my wrist taking me with him into the castle.

"You really are pushing it. Hey! Fiancée? Wheres the ring then? Let me guess, you're bringing me to the 'You fell for it party'!" His grip on my arm tightens and I hiss in pain.

"We are getting married, you are to be my wife, what's so hard to believe about that?" His tone is in clear annoyance and it only makes me more irritated.

"Hm, I don't know-maybe it's because after you ascended the throne you've wanted nothing more to do with me?" I puffed out my chest and curved my arms outward, imitating him. "'Oh look at me I'm the demon king, I'm going to become a powerful leader and throw away my friends then come back later like nothing happened.'"
