Something in me felt great. Like I was in higher spirits.
Sam's goal to make more friends was going well for him, and he wasn't being nasty towards me that much anymore. After the party, I constantly apologized for my ruining it, even if it wasn't intentional. I had to stop though, because it seemed like if I said another, "I'm sorry" He'd jump off a cliff. Glad that's all over.
Although I was happy, I was too distracted, looking for anything to take my mind off him. His lovely crimson hair, his ensnaring amber eyes and his smooth tan ski- stop!
Things were so awkward, not just with me and him, but explaining everything to Lena and Aleri was a whole experience on its own.
First they were shocked that a small part of the black crystal was now a part of me, causing the spell of pains at the party, then to Lena squealing about my first kiss and cheering me on, completely abolishing the 'Sever connections with residents of earth to leave and go to Nebularis' idea.
And finally, the pushing question on who Shane really was, how would he know a bout Ceria and how to cure my pain? All that in one night. Maybe asking him about it the next time I'm able to actually talk instead of jumbliming my words would be a good idea.
Right now sleeping was a huge priority of mine, putting all my giddy emotions to rest.

Waking up in the morning is still hard, especially on Monday's. The very word irks me. I get off the bed, my head feeling a little lighter than usual. I don't even feel the slight bounce of my ponytail on my shoulders.
I go to the washroom and...Oh. My. Gosh.
Please tell me this is some sick dream where all of my hair is-"LENAAA!" I scream, she would hopefully know what this catastrophic occurrence is and how it should be fixed. She rushes into the washroom to see my shocked expression and heavy breathing state.
"Oh my goodness...oh my goodness!! I'm so happy for you!" She comes and pulls me into another one of her air depriving hugs. I distance us with my hands on her shoulders.
"Happy for what?! My hair is all gone!" I cry out.
She shakes her head. "This means your going through your Nebulae!!" She squeals incredibly loudly, earning a bark from Aleri, most likely telling her to quiet down.
"Nebu-what?"
"Nebulae is when a person comes close to completion of their first stage of magical development."
"So basically magical puberty?"
"YES!" She yells, and I jump.
"How do I get out of this?" I ask with my head in my hands.
"Don't fret, once you pass this small transition into magical adulthood, the hair will grow back instantaneously." She pats my shoulder and I relax. Thank goodness, I don't know if I would be able to handle a sudden hair shortage for a long time.
"Do you know when my hair will grow back?"
"Depends on the person. The shortest is a week and the longest has been a whole year, so I haven't the slightest idea how long your transition will take." She looks at me awkwardly and scratches her head.
"HAH?"
"Hehe...sorry."
"Why didn't you tell me sooner? It would be so much more easier to prepare for this." Well now I have more stuff to worry about. "Is there anything else I should know?"
She looked at me a little sheepishly, tucking her deep blue hair behind her ear. "Well...during this time your powers are greatly weakened."
"Wha-fantastic, thank you. Now would you mind leaving so I could freshen up please?" I smile widely to her assuring her that I'm not completely insane and I'll be okay. She nods and leaves, closing the door behind her quietly.
