I sat next to L and looked over to see he didn't touch his cake. I wonder what was wrong. He would have had at least another cake in front of him. I made a bold move and asked "L, you haven't touch your cake. Is everything alright?"
He brought his eyes down to the cake. "Yes, everything is fine," he answered and looked at me. I tilted my head a little. He quickly looked back to the computer screen and started eating the cake. Hm...I had an idea. I stared at the desk and went through a mental checklist. I should have everything I need.
"Is something wrong?" Light asked, interrupting my thoughts. L looked over at me curiously.
"Mm? Oh, nothing. I was just thinking," I said and they went back to whatever they were previously doing. I blushed a little thinking that I must have looked weird staring at the desk. I sighed.

It was around 7:00pm so I figured I should start heading home. I would have to wake up early to my plan into action. I got up and gathered my keys.
"See ya. Thanks again, Light, for lunch. Bye L!" I waved and walked out. I arrived at my apartment and went inside.
Light's P.O.V.
I smirked. It's rare that Ryuzaki doesn't eat his cake. It probably has to do with the fact that I took (Y/N) out for lunch. I looked around to see that just about everyone had left.
"So, Ryuzaki. Didn't eat, because of me huh?" I asked.
"No, I was worried for (Y/N)'s safety. You may have not fooled her into thinking you are Kira, but my suspicions are still high. I only let her go, because she wanted to go," he stated.
"Well, I'm off. See you tomorrow...L" I said and walked out.
"Light, is (Y/N) another girl that you plan to use?" Ryuk asked.
"No," I replied. She is more than that. I just need her to join me. We could be a better team than me and Misa. All I need to do is pull her away from L.
L's P.O.V.
Light is Kira. I know it. I don't want (Y/N) around him. There's no telling what he could do. I will admit I was worried when she was with Light. I was highly relieved that she came back okay, but in order for her to stay that way I need to pull her away from Light.
