Im messed up

What do you do when you fuck up?
When you can't even look at yourself in the mirror
When you're hungry yet you starve yourself
When you can't get out of bed
When you wanna talk but your mouth stays shut?
When you need someone yet you're scared
When you wanna die yet your hand can't take the blade
When you see the demon yet you stare and say "what's the point"
When everything is going to hell
When you loose people
When you start having nightmares while you're awake
When your thoughts overcome
When your heart can't take the hurt
When your mind yells at you for being dumb
And your heart aches thinking of your dumb actions
When your vision is lost
When your heartbeat stops
When the blood drips from your hands
What does your mind think
"I'm messed up"
