My eyes began to feel incredibly heavy. My head slowly leaning into my hand harder and harder. The sounds around me turned to faint murmurs, while my eye sight blurred. I faintly closed my eyes and began to fall...

"Larson!". Mrs. Buxton yelled to me. My body shot up straight in my desk while the class peered their devilish eyes towards me.

"Sorry Mrs. Buxton". I said shyly. My face was red, so I knew I was blushing. Everyone released their attention from me and began writing things down in their chairs. The bell rang to signal the end of the class period, so I gathered my things and walked out into the hallway where Anna was waiting for me.

"Jesus you look like hell". She said.

"I just woke up". I yawned. I was in desperate need for some coffee at this point. Maybe "Dora" can help me explore the school for some.

"Yes Larson, the entire world can see that you just woke up". She chuckled. We stopped walking the over crowded hallway and I began to unlock my black locker. "You know, there's a party this weekend". Something was different. Anna was turning extremely red, and Anna never blushes.

So the story goes, Anna's family is extremely rich, with money to spare. However, her father and mother were never around to teach her the things she always craved to learn. They would go on long business trips and she was told to stay strong while they were gone. So she always puts on her normal "Badass", aroma around everyone in the world, but I know deep down inside she is just a little girl longing to feel loved.

"You and I both know, we don't do parties". I replied.

"Yeah I know, but we have just been out casts our entire lives. What if we just shake it up a little?". She smiled. My eyes lowered to the floor as I shut my locker door.

"You can, but I think I'll pass. I've had enough alcohol experience in my life". I sighed. I began to walk forward but she put her hand on my chest to stop me.

"We're seniors Larson. Whether you like it or not, we won't always be stupid teenagers anymore". She dropped her hand and walked in the opposite direction of where I was going. Maybe she's right, it's time to make another friend in this totally messed up world of ours.

It was seventh period, only one and a half to go until the end of the day. Unfortunately I had to use the restroom and I hated using public restrooms. They always just creeped me out how guys just whipped out their privates in the same room. But today, I was desperate.

"Mr. Moran, may I please use the restroom? ». I asked while raising my hand. The room was completely silenced because we were reading a book for this class, so I felt even more embarrassed for breaking it. He gave me a thumbs up, and I proceeded out into the hallway. There was no life, no sound, just the faint light of the ceiling lights. I came to the end of the hallway, and opened the big wooden door to the men's bathroom.

There was no one inside, but I still used one of the stalls to pee instead of a urinal. When I was done, I pulled my shorts back up and started to walk out, until I heard someone enter. They were yelling profoundly at someone that I believe to be on a cell phone. I quickly shut and locked the stall door, so I did not bother the man. I mean, would you just walk by someone who is yelling aggressively in a private place?

« I told you before, do not let them get in your way! The world does not have time to save their feelings. What you need to do, is get them into the house, and finish the job! ». The voice was so deep, and very agitative, that it almost reminded me of my father. The man hung up the phone and cursed under his breath. My heart was starting to burst out of my chest. The last thing I wanted was to let this guy find out I was in here.

My phone buzzed and gave the normal « Ding », it gives when I get a text message. I almost dropped my phone from surprise, and I heard the man straighten up. I closed my eyes extremely quickly and flushed the toilet, while unlocking the stall door. The man was sitting on the sink facing me, but I did not look at him. I immediately went over to the sink and began washing my hands.

« Hey, sorry about that. My sister can be a great bitch sometimes ». The man sighed.

« Oh no, don't worry about it man. I understand ». I replied with my wimpy, shaky voice. I couldn't wash my hands fast enough, I started to shake even more from the interactiveness. I usually did this with people, but this guy was different. He had some type of vibe around him that made my stomach queasy.

« You're Larson right? ». He questioned.

« Uh, yeah. How do you know that? ». I asked. No one in this school knew me at all. They would simply move along with their lives after brushing past me. This was starting to get weird.

« Because we go to the same school together ». He lies. The only one who knew of me were the teachers and Anna. I finished my hands and quickly turned around to walk out. I bumped right into the guys chest, because he was now directly behind me. This man was absolutely beautiful, god like even. His cheekbones popped out of his clear skin. He had brilliant blue eyes that could cut diamonds. His muscles were popping out of his black T-shirt making him even more intimidating. Even his spiked up dirty blonde hair was in the perfect shape. Reality set in hard at this point.

« Weren't you just on the sink? ». I asked him. When I finished washing my hands, I could see him sitting on the sink in the corner of my eye. How could he move so fast that we would wind up behind me?

« See you around Larson ». He chuckled. The bell rang to end the period and he turned to walk away. « I'm Tate by the way ». He said over his shoulder as he walked out. I stood there baffled for a second, but walked out of the bathroom. He was walking with three other people, and before they turned the corner to a different part of the school, he winked at me. Then all for of them disappeared into the schools echos.

« What a day ». Anna sighed plopping right next to me on the bus. I gave her a look and stared out in the blue sky world. "Who shit in your corn flakes this morning?". She giggled.

"Do you know someone named Tate?". I asked. I know everyone at this school, and never heard of anyone named Tate.

"No I don't think so. Why?". She asked as the bus began in motion.

"I met this guy in the bathroom today, it was just weird". I told her.

"Oh so we have glory holes in the stalls now huh?". She nudged my shoulder.

"No". I smiled at her. "He just gave off a weird vibe. That's all". My bus came to a stop, and Anna got up.

"Well. Have fun with your mystery boy.". She waved. She got off, and the bus began to move towards my stop. Now that I was thinking about it, I have never even seen the other three he was walking with. They had to be new students. The bus went to a stop once again, and I began my walk home.

The sun was hitting my face making me feel warm. The sounds of birds and other animals filled my senses around the wooden wonderland. Maybe life was not so bad after all. The shack I live in came into view, and for the first time I had a smile on my face.

"Larson!". My mother screamed for me from the front porch. Oh crap.
